I’ve been coming to Paris Nails & spa for a year and the service never disappoints. Hannah is heaven sent when it comes to quality service and always makes sure you’re ok. I recommend her and the establishment in general to anyone! If I could give them a 1000 star rating I would.

Service is so dirty. The towels are old falling apart the nail techs don’t clean their instruments. They go from one pedicure to the next without disinfecting just a quick rinse with water. I saw the tech that did my nails an older lady literally took out the piece where it bubbles, rinsed it in the sink with a little bit of water didn’t even give it a full rinse and hurried up to the next client. Be careful with fungus. People can lose their legs if an infection sets in.. Needless to say, I had the least expensive pedicure, and the older lady used (used) scrubber/foam to scrub the bottom of my feet and she use the cheese grinder and literally cut me and just rinsed it off and put it in her clean utensils.I will never go back to this business and I am a professional healthcare worker. Oh what’s weird is they want cash .. I wonder why.. who carries cash… aren’t we in 2024.. 🤔 I literally got on my car and I have a pack of HONEST alcohol wipes and wiped my feet vigorously to avoid an infection.. health deportment needs to check this company.. thank God there are more options.. not ever going back

The worst experience I had I did a pedicure and as soon as they made water to the work instruments I perform and I took out a buried nail and now I suffer from a strong infection in my finger I never go back to that place

Tom is thorough in manicure or pedicure and does an excellent job. He takes his time. I have been coming to Paris Nails since they opened and it never disappoints.

My FAVORITE spot to get my nails done in El Paso!! I’ve tried places all over town on the west side, central, northeast, east side. NOTHING beats this place!!! I constantly go back here. The service is always great. It can bit on the $$ side BUT definitely worth treating yourself to quality service. This place is relaxing, plays good music and the employees are incredibly kind. I have never had issues with my nails whenever I visit here. :)

A great place to get your nails and pedicure done. Great quality an very good customer service. I've been going there for a couple of years and I have never had an issue. Everyone is very kind and they do a great job. Hanna is the best!

I have been a customer for over 2 years. I just love Paris Salon. The staff, including my nail tech, Hannah, are just amazing, and the environment is so welcoming. I have my nails and pedicures there, at least twice a month. Have never had an issue. Always wondulful service.

Hannah was amazing! Actually the whole staff were amazing! Super friendly, laughing and having conversations with us! That’s just the environment! My feet are perfection! She took her time but was also timely and it didn’t take forever - I’m just super impressed and have found my new spot!

this has been a salon i’ve always gone to and i always had them in my high class salons. i’ve always been a loyal customer, and im sad to say these past two visits my services have been terrible! it’s not about the money but i should be receiving HIGH QUALITY VALUE if im paying the amount that i always pay for both acrylic set and pedicure. i’ve been questioning lately if this company even cleans their products after each client. after my pedicures i’ve gotten puss and infections from pedicures and i’ve never had this situation happen before. secondly my acrylic set lasted me less than a month and to top it off i broke my nails causing a deep injury to natural nail due to how granule the are put and how thin. i can’t express how dissatisfied and disappointing this is to me since i’ve never used any other salon. i hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else because that would be very concerning. once again not about the money but to be receiving high quality value. it’s sad to say this company is loosing a loyal client.

I was a walk-in close to the end of the work day and received excellent service. Very friendly and professional staff that make sure you have the best experience. I had the best foot massage and pedicure with Tony. Will definitely be back!

went in as a walk in was shocked at how fast I got seated , I got my nails done by Amy super fast & very beautiful . The place it self is very clean and relaxing , staff is beyond nice also pricing is affordable. would definitely recommend & can’t wait to go back for a fill !
