Would absolutely not recommend, I was told to arrive 15 minutes to my appointment and when I arrived, there was no signage anywhere to indicate where this place even is. Additionally, the owner ignored my calls up to my appointment and then texted me saying that another massage was in session during my assigned appointment time. What’s the point of making an appointment if it is going to be ignored? I ended up leaving since at this point I was waiting outside for over 20 minutes. Not to mention the other reviews on here can confirm this business is sketchy. I will be booking my next massage at a more legitimate place next time.

BEWARE SHE’S A SCAMMER. I cant properly rate it because the session never happened. I had an appointment scheduled at 12:30, (I booked days in advance) she texted me 2 hours before my appointment and said she couldn’t make it because she had to go to the doctor(see a theme yet?). So she scheduled me at 5:00. I show up at 4:45 and give her a call at 4:50. She texts me to tell me she’s currently in a session and will contact me soon. I spend an hour waiting with no text or call from her. She marked my Groupon voucher as redeemed and will not answer calls. Beware, she’s duping people out their money. Book with a professional and not someone who got their license from eBay.

Extremely Disappointed with Paris Paradise Massage - No-Show Appointment I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Paris Paradise Massage, booked for today, November 11th at 3:30 PM. After leaving work early and driving two hours, I arrived to a closed door with no one answering. Despite multiple calls and texts, there was no response from the business. This incident has not only wasted my time and gas but also caused unnecessary stress. The lack of professionalism and courtesy to at least inform or respond is unacceptable. I expected a relaxing experience, but instead, I was met with complete disregard. I caution others to reconsider booking with this business. The reliability and customer service are seriously questionable, leading to a total letdown.

Horrible experience my appointment was canceled twice. Paris waisted my entire day. Apparently she can not handled adult questions. Very disappointing.

I bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday, the massage therapist canceled on the day of the appointment. She said she was in the ER with stomach pain. I rescheduled the appointment. Then I viewed Groupon to see the details. The therapist already marked it as redeemed. Wow, I was shocked. I've never had that done before. This situation is unethical and therefore canceled my massaged. I asked Groupon to correct the situation. They won't with out written confirmation from Paris Paradise that I have not received the services. Well, Paris Paradise refused to do so. Really? Yeah right. Paris Paradise is far from it!! DO NOT BUY from this company. Major RED flags!!!

I bought a Groupon for a massage. I never contacted this place for services, but my voucher was redeemed on July 28th. Groupon is asking for this merchant to contact them in writing that I never received services on July 28, 2023. Do the right thing and I'll edit my review.

I hate to do this but the service of this owner has slipped tremendously and she appears to be doing something SHADY. I’ve booked past sessions with Paris and I had no issues up until this weekend. I had purchased a Groupon during the week and reached out to schedule an appointment. I found it very difficult to communicate with her to schedule an appointment. When we finally got an appointment on the books, I showed up the next day to my appointment and there was another lady waiting outside for services. We found out from an associate working in her building that she had not been in her shop at all this day. I have not heard from Paris since scheduling my appointment, offering to reschedule, an apology, neither an explanation as to why she was a no call no show. It was also apparent that she overbooked. I do not recommend this owner is running a shady operation now. There are multiple reviews on groupon and Google of her not honoring appointments. Stay away

This was my very first massage ever of my neck and back and all I can say is that it was exhilarating 🥰 and Paris was very nice and her hands were like magic and I will definitely be back.

GREAT SERVICE!!! I was in town for a short visit and need a massage bad. I could not find an appointment at any of the spots that were listed first. Thank God!! I cannot give enough stars or describe the service I received other than she is a true professional and was exactly what I needed. I regularly get massages at home and pay a lot for them. She exceeded my expectations and her rates are a steal. It's a low key location and I'd recommend her over any larger business.

If I could give all zero stars I would. I can’t rate my massage because it never happened! The masseuse did a no call, no show. I showed up to my appointment and waited there for 20 mins and she never showed up!! I’ve called and texted since then with no response, no explanation, no anything. That is extremely unprofessional. Not sure what kind of business she’s running. Save your time and book with a REAL professional!!

The therapist here is amazing. I’ll definitely be making a standing appointment. It’s truly a hidden gem in the uptown area.
