I recently visited this salon for a manicure. I provided a picture of the French Tips I wanted, and while the initial technician was very kind, I was then switched to another technician. They seemed rushed and did not complete the French Tips as requested. Instead, I received a single color manicure. Although I was offered a $5 discount, I was still charged $100, which seems unreasonable given that the service I received was not what I had asked for. Not to mention they charged me $50 for a basic gel on toes nothing else just gel on my toes. Too over priced if I could give negative stars I would.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. It was painful and I was left with damaged, hideous nails that weren’t even shaped before I left the salon. For my wedding, I had had GelX done in Las Vegas. They’d grown out for a couple weeks and I wanted them removed. When I went in, I was told to sit at a table in the back. People were kind of ignoring me, so I sat at one of the tables then asked where I was supposed to be sitting then moved to the table they indicated. A 30-something year old man comes from the back and hands me the color Menu while getting started on my nails after I told him I would like to get them removed today. He had finished filing one down when he asked me what color I’d like and I said no color please, I’d just like them removed. I’m not sure if this is a faux pas or something, I’ve never had GelX and it seemed like a reasonable request to me. But he seemed annoyed and removed the rest of my nails by literally just ripping them off from the side. It was SO painful I was biting the inside of my cheeks and watching the TV to distract myself. A couple times I had to yank my hand back because it hurt so badly. Once he was done, he clipped the nails so they were straight across the top, totally uneven and not shaped with a file, then took my money and waved me off. He didn’t speak to me the whole time. Wish I had taken a photo to show how disgusting my nails were, but I was so disturbed the first thing on my mind was to cut them once I got home. I would never go to a place who treats their customers like this, had to leave a review so people know before they go.

I was gonna give it a 2 star but one of the owners did my nails. He’s super sweet & was super nice but the nail job was not good enough to even get a 3 star. My nails are too clumpy & after 1 day, the polish started chopping off. I even got gel bc I know they last longer but it made me sad when they chipped off:(. I paid $55 even though these nails are pretty short & the process wasnt that great. I want to come back but my nails were not done very well. Even my boyfriend hated the look of it & knew the process was bad

Charged me $30 just to change the paint on my nails, no design, no cutting, just gel paint! Also, super rude! I will never go there again.

This place has the nicest staff. They also have some of the prettiest gel nail polish’s, I only go here for a certain color I can’t find anywhere else. Also shoutout to the nail tech Kenny, he is awesome. 😊

What a waste of time. The lady qui thi Nguyen did and redid my nails three times and still managed to mess up each time. Ruined my nails with the drimmel tool and she couldn’t figure out that the streaks in the polish were because she wasn’t using enough. Took a chance on a new place, biggest waste of time. Only saving grace as atleast she didn’t charge me, but when on a deadline my time is worth more.

I have always enjoyed the work done as well as the company the owners are great! However prices should be posted. And not change from person to person.and being consistent with the pricing or people get offended!! I've heard this complaint alot. But maybe they can correct this so the business continues to do well..

Soaked my feet until the water was super cold, It took them about 30 minutes to get to me. Lady did 2 different shapes on my toes, did a HORRIBLE job painting my toes, i can see parts of my nail. She hurt me with her tools. Paid for the $40 service, witch is a regular pedicure + wax, but there was no wax involved lol. Never coming here again!

Worst place! Went in for a gel manicure. Polish was left all over my cuticle and skin. The way she polished my nails alone, was horrible. Went back to have it corrected, still horrible job.

Even though it was a little pricey I just want to let it be known of the person that took care of me her name is Lam young gal that had so much patience and really took her time and put in effort to do my pedicure. she was very kind and generous I recommend her to Anyone if u go to Paris nail salon ask for Lam tiu will be guaranteed satisfied!thank you again Lam😊

I felt like I was overcharged for one nail usually go and get them fix or fix a broken one for $5.. the guy gave me attitude had me wait till it was dry he took he’s time like if he’s wasn’t trying to fix it and didn’t even do a good job my nail is not coffin shaped …. Never going there at ALL!!!

My 5 year old daughter in I came in to got our nails done. We ask for gel. In let me just say all the employees were all super sweet in kind. Our nails also came out nicely too. I will surly come back in get my nails done again.

The women who did my nails gave me a dirty look when i asked for polish instead of gel, told me $30 for the basic one. She didn't even try on my heels she did like two strokes on each foot. I had to come home and do them myself. Let my toes dry for about five minutes kicked me out my chair (which they were not busy about 4 other customers) put my shoes on knowing there weren't dry. NEVER EVER GO HERE. My first time because it was the closest to me. Oh and on top of that when i got up front they said $35. Hope the 5 was her tip bc otherwise they're out here scamming people.
