I had embarrassed moment when I first walked in for my appointment. I've had multiple surgeries Shoulder and hip I'm not able to get into a good position to clip my toenails nor shave my legs Vivian, you made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will request you for future mani/pedi Appointments 😄💜 thank you sooo much gurl

The only reason I have continued to go to this place in the past few years is that it is close to my work. However, the service has went down hill for the past 3 years and today was the final time for me. I had to tell him 3 times that I was mainly there because of an ingrown toenails that I wanted to cut out. He couldn't seem to grasp that. I also told him I didn't want him to use the drill and he does anyway. They never do the service that I request and that they charge me for.

This is why I don't like getting a new nail tech. Don't cut my cuticle in the back. I will get hang nails. Said it several times!! At that point, I got tired of saying it. My daughter looked @ my nails & said what happened? Yeah, the no clean-up of the polish on my skin you want practice on my nails again. Wanted to take a break from acrylic nails and had 'em removed.

You and your husband did an amazing job on my nail I will be returning to get my feet I was debating of coming here do to past experience. But it is under new management I love it here the fact y’all took y’all time that really made me happy and comfortable. This is was my first time at Parisanne, and they did a phenomenal job. I had gone to another salon previously to get acrylics done, and wasn't thrilled with the service, so I decided to try Parisanne for my fill. The attention to detail was great, and the nail tech really took the time to file and shape every nail, and ensure the acrylic was applied smoothly and even. I will definitely continue going to Parisanne.

Parisanne Nails is a gem! The staff are so friendly and really know their stuff. I got a beautiful floral design that looks like a mini masterpiece. Plus, the salon is super clean and has a calming vibe. Definitely a top spot for anyone looking to pamper their nails!

Not the best. My sister and I had our nails done and the quality just was not there. Her nails have visible bubbles and ripples. Mine were okay but still not what you would expect from a professional salon.

The tech performing my service was rushing and the gel did not cure evenly. I expressed my concern and was told that they would not chip and I could get them fixed for free if they did. I live far from the salon and preferred to have them fixed in the moment but my nail tech left while I was speaking to the individual at the register. Next day they start peeling and I realize how uneven the color and shape of the application is. I called to ask for a partial refund and was told that “you were happy when you left,” and essentially accused of being a liar and chipping the polish with improper aftercare. They did offer to fix them for “free” if I come in but that still costs me gas money and time I don’t have when they could have just fixed it in the salon while I was still there instead of insisting it was done properly when it clearly wasn’t. I asked if there was a better way to handle these situations in the future. First he told me I should have gone somewhere closer to my house (my sister chose the place) and then they doubled down and said that there wasn’t anything wrong with the nails when I left. I included photos so you can see that the nails were done improperly from the beginning.

Lily and her husband are rude and get frustrated very easily especially when they are busy. Lily did not want to do my nails long like I asked and was PAYING FOR!!! I will not be bk if I’m paying o expect u to do what I want to my nails! They also treat blk ppl diff from the whites

Tonight's visit was good. Place is always clean. They do eyebrow and lip waxing. The girls helped me pick out my colors. Wanted something for St. Patricks Day. Wanted a design but thought the color was to pretty on its own.
