Megan S. is the only person I trust with my hair — to the point where, when I move out of this city, I will come back so she can continue to be my stylist! She’s SO talented and great company. She’s also a great checks and balance if you’re like, I just went through a breakup and need bangs. She’s like, “do you? Let’s think about this.” And then you snap back reality, bang-less. And hot. 🤣

I’ve been a loyal Parlour client for over 10 years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else! Every stylist I’ve seen—3 or 4 over the years—has been amazing. For the last five years, I’ve been seeing Sarah Memory, and my hair has truly never looked better. Most recently, I booked Sarah for my wedding reception styling, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She brought my vision to life flawlessly! Everyone at Parlour makes my experience there so wonderful. Liz is the best - a great listener to my wants - and then a talented designer, creating cut and style results that are perfect!! Scheduling and communication across stylists is problematic, and it took weeks for them to resolve a glitch in their system to reimburse me for duplicate charges of a couple hundred dollars.

Working with Caitlin was a dream!! She is so talented and truly brought my bridal vision to life! My bridesmaids and I received so many compliments on our hair all day, it lasted so long, and she was just so kind and fun to get ready with! I cannot recommend her enough!

After going to the salon for years, it just has lost its care for clients and standards My last blow out appointment I was charged more than a haircut with blowout. The stylist only had interest in speaking to me after the service to talk product and mild concern for what I asked (I had a broken hand at the time so I was unable to wash & dry my hair). It was the coldest service I’ve had to date of any salon in or out of Cincinnati. The hostess checking me out asked if I had a problem with the price while I was in and out within 45-50 minutes from check in to payment. Also being charged for an extended time every 15 minutes for a blowout… My blowout was priced at $50…for an hour then I was charged $36 extra…while I was out within an Hour. The grand total for my service was 106. Which is insane for under an hour blow out.

Not happy with this place at all. I will say I went to the wrong salon but called and had my appt moved down 30 min. Scheduled my appointment online went in for my haircut appointment and the stylist told me she couldn’t cut my hair she needed more time. In all honesty she probably couldn’t do the cut I wanted. She had me reschedule with someone else, which I cancelled. So frustrating!!

Parlour is a wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in until you walk out it's a nice and serene happy place. The proprietor is incredibly nice and friendly, and she's an amazing stylist. My hair is very important to me, and I pretty much only trust Parlour with it. All in all it's a great place with a great vibe and atmosphere, and if you want to treat yourself to a pleasant hair experience I would highly recommend Parlour. Pro tip to any men reading this - If you need to find a special gift for a special lady then you might get her an appointment & gift card at Parlour! You'll probably get bonus points for doing this ;)

Caitlin did an AMAZING job. She did exactly what I asked and my dream hair came to life. She blew my mind and transformed my hair. I am so thankful to have found a hairstylist as talented as Caitlin. Chill vibes and great hair, I have no favorite stylist here because I love all the ones I've tried so far. It's also affordable and everyone is kind and gentle, which keeps me from feeling overly anxious.

Every stylist at this salon is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They will really speak to you and try to understand exactly what you want with your hair and help you get it! Sometimes depending on your hair history that can take time, but these stylists really take care of you and the health of your hair to get you where you want to go. I’ve seen many of them but lately my regular stylist is Jillian and she is an absolute sweetheart and her technique is amazing! I always walk out of this salon feeling like a model. Thanks for always taking great care of me, Jillian!

I saw Jillian based on a few recommendations, and she was great! Jillian listened and communicated clearly, we had a lovely chat, and she gave me a great wash, cut, and style fit with my hair type (2b), lifestyle, and ideas for my look. The other staff were really friendly, offering me beverage and generally being helpful and warm. The space is very pretty, clean, and stylish, and I look forward to coming back! Booking, confirmation, and payment were easy too.

Just got home from my first experience at Parlour and I’m very satisfied. I have little ones and wanted bangs to get the hair out of my face. I’m always a little frightened to make that leap (because I have a smaller forehead) but this time was a total hit! Duffy was so attentive, really knew her stuff, listened to all my trepidations and really tried to match my reference pictures. I’m so happy to have found this place. She also put in long layers to bring the wave out of my fine hair. Thanks Duffy! I’ll be back.

This was my first haircut with Megan and it's like she intuitively my hairs texture and the amount of time and effort that I put into the daily and I came out with the perfect haircut. Not to forget the simple luxury of having someone wash your hair. This is the experience I want over and over.
