A big Shout-out to Yahaira, she never miss it every time i have to get my hair extensions done i go to her, she is really attentive and professional on details and really a great advisor when it comes to install the hairs, I do the sew in method as my preference, The hairs last for long time, also the Store is really nice and all the team as well, it really gives me a positive vibe everytime i go there! So thank you Yahaira!

Client BEWARE. I called to make a last minute appointment. I had started to work on my hair and had it blonde however, the toner I used was not the correct toner and I was going to have a busy next 2 weeks that I wouldn't have time to fix it myself so I decided to just pay and get it done. I called and spoke with Dania. She said she could take me in. I told her I needed to tone it to one color and also do my roots as they were already growing in. As I get there, she is very nice and very sweet. Gives me a price and I agree. She then goes on to ask, what color i was originally trying to achieve. I show her a pic and tell her I was hoping to get a gray/silver hair tone. Her co worker comes and says it's doable. She says the price would change because we're doing a different service. No biggie. I agree. They show me pictures of what my hair would come out like . She said it may be a little darker but that's better. Again, I agree. She did a GREAT job making me comfortable the entire time asking if I wanted a snack or water. When I leave the salon, she did not style my hair because she said I had to wait 24hrs before applying heat. No problem. I get home and the following day I message her to ask if it's OK to apply heat. She says yes. Without washing my hair, I apply heat only to find..... my hair is much worse than it was before!!! Part of my roots are copper, part are blonde. My hair is patchy with blonde, silver and BLUE!! I reach out to her in attempt to get this resolved. Her only solution is to go back to get it fixed. I live an hour and a half away (she knew this). To take the day off work and put gas would be the same amount of money that I paid for to get my hair done making it inconvenient but also making me lose the same amount of money!! She knew I had no time. She wants me to go back after the events that I have scheduled but what am I supposed to do with my patchy hair until then? Show up to my events looking like this? Very unprofessional. I would never go back and I'd highly suggest you loom else where. A small claim and complaint to the board is coming.

Honestly used to like coming here but the lady that cut my hair I think her name was Liz. I feel like she overcharged me. She didn’t wash or even style my hair properly and charged me $40 for a hair cut. The vibe she gave was she just wanted to get it done asap. I should have spoken up but idk I just wanted to leave. I’m never coming here again!

I've been a client of Lis Cano for the last 2 years and I leave here with a smile on my face! Every time I come here and everyone is welcoming. They offer refreshments and snacks while your are getting your hair done. Definitely recommend this salon to everyone. They speak English and Spanish also :)

I’ve been coming with Yajiara for the last 16 years, 4 years at her salon. Everyone here is so friendly. The best of the best when you come to the east side of Las Vegas. This place is nice and clean, they also offer refreshments and snacks while you are here. They do the best work, in every service they give! Highly recommend this salon.
