Cannot speak highly enough of this spa and experience. Anna did a lymphatic facial and head spa and I left so relaxed. She is so kind and takes pride in her work. The spa is stunning and so clean. Also loved the products she used, my dry winter skin was so hydrated when I left. Will definitely be back and know my mom would love it too!

This was the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had! I recommend everyone trying the hair spa at least once- it’s heaven! I did the hair spa and a full blow out after and left with my hair feeling so amazing! I have very long, thick & course hair and I joked that I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my hair this clean! 😂 Can’t wait to go again! ❤️

Came here for my birthday and had the most WONDERFUL experience with Katy. She really went above and beyond. I got the Deluxe Head Spa experience and added on blowout/styling and foot massage. I’ve gotten facials and massages in the past, but this was my favorite pampering experience by far. Highly recommend. The owner is very sweet as well! I’ve already told my friends to schedule their birthday spa treatments here :)

Karina and Melony were absolutely amazing! I brought my mom here for a spa day, and we were both blown away by how incredible this place is. Every little detail of the Hedspa experience truly stood out to us. What really touched my heart was having Spanish-speaking service providers—since my mom doesn’t know English well, it meant so much that she could fully enjoy the experience herself. This visit was beyond anything I could’ve hoped for—thank you! We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be spreading the word to friends about how fantastic this place is.

I've been to Passion several times now for headspa and each time is better than the one before. I appreciate the updates you e made to the experience and the space and while I've tried other spots, this is the one I return to time and again.

Such an amazing and relaxing experience. From start to finish I was in pure heaven. From the shoulder and neck massage, to the facial, to the scalp massage, I was completely relaxed. The tech made sure I was comfortable, the pressure was good, and was just amazing. Will be back

Treated myself a Premium Head Spa & Mini Lymphatic Facial on my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. Karina was very sweet even though English is not her native language but she tried her best to communicate and made sure I was happy with the massage pressure during the service. I left with soft facial skin and my hairs smelt so good.

Treated myself for my birthday with the deluxe head spa and mini glow facial and an add on neck and shoulder massage. When I tell you this was everything I was hoping for, please believe me! I worked with Tera and she was amazingggg. She got rid of all of my shoulder knots and had me dozing in and out the whole appointment. My skin is looking glowy and feels great. All of the tension in my head and face has melted away! I will definitely be back and im going to make sure I tell all of my friends about this place.

I booked a deluxe treatment and premium for my mother. As a first time visit..all I have to say is WOW! Esthefani you did amazing. Karina thank you for doing amazing job with my mother! The professionalism, friendliness…so much peace and relaxation. I would definitely recommend this place, me and my mother will definitely be coming again.!

I learned about this place through my best friend who gave me a gift certificate for their services. We drove over two hours as part of my present and the drive was WORTH every single minute/penny spent at the spa. Upon arrival we were greeted with a big smile. The establishment was clean and organized. I LOVED everything about their services. I will definitely be returning and will make sure to book far in advance as they are very busy and I can understand why. ☺️

I treated myself and my daughter to this experience head massage and facial. Its an expensive service so i expected it to be fabulous. Well it wasnt much of a facial or a scalp massage. They do what they call a massage while shampoo is in your hair. It was uncomfortable the whole time. Alot of hair pulling. We both walked away very disappointed and both agreed we were unsure why anyone would put combs and brushes in your hair with shampoo and not conditioner. With tip close to 400. Be mindful before dropping this amount of money i can promise you its a waste and not pleasurable at all!

It’s a small, affordable establishment and the experience exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing experience starting with easy booking via text (snatched a last minute spot off instagram). When I arrived I was greeted by name and brought straight back. Gigi was AMAZING. I’m sure other are but I don’t even want to find out. I want to keep going to her. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I opted for the towel dry and even when she dried my hair I felt like my massage wasn’t over yet. I will absolutely on again and again!

Amazing experience. My daughter surprised me with an appt. The scalp treat and massage was so fleshing and relaxing then add a mini facial and upper body massage; I was on cloud 9. Highly recommend and will be back.

I booked an appointment for my mother and I as a Mothers Day gift. I had Esthefani and she was amazing, she put the right amount of pressure for the massage, on the scalp, and on the face. My mother had Gigi and she did amazing also. I highly recommend coming here, the facility it's self is very clean and smells amazing.

I visited for the first time recently on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, and I had a wonderful experience! First, I got the Head Spa Deluxe & Facial with Ste, and it was fabulous. I was so relaxed, I was practically asleep. My skin felt amazing during the facial, and looked and felt wonderfully moisturized, even a day later! I actually have sensitive skin, so there's always a risk of reaction when I try new products, but everything they used felt soo soothing on my skin! I also added a lymphatic massage which was brilliant - I have the worst allergies and just got over a cold (I was not sick at my appointment), so my sinuses are always achy. I wish I could do that every day! Afterwards I had a haircut & blowdry with Anna, the owner. She was a total sweetheart and I'm so happy with the way my hair came out! We lost a few inches and added a few layers and I couldn't be happier. All in all, this was a fantastic experience that I can highly recommend!

My best friend and I escaped to Charlotte for a two day spa getaway! We saw a reel on Instagram about passion hair Co. and decided to give them a try! Oh are we glad we did! We had the most relaxing and best service of our life. If you have never had a head spa treatment, I highly recommend this place. We both received the deluxe head spa with facial and cannot find one bad thing to say about it. I had Esthefani and she was absolutely AMAZING! You can decide to have a blow dry at the end but if you decide to leave with towel dry hair as I did, you get an extra 10 minutes of massage which to me was so worth it. I will 100% be back. I cannot say enough Great things about this place. Super clean, very friendly, excellent service!

Passion Hair Co has excellent service from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Gigi gave me an incredible treatment and was kind, thorough and gentle throughout. She made sure the temperature, position of the bed, and the treatment were to my liking and checked in multiple times. I also had the chance to speak with the owner during my blowout and I was impressed with her attention to detail and level of service. I will definitely be returning with my friends for another weekend spa day.

Finally had my appointment today. WORTH THE WAIT! It exceeded my expectations. Gigi was amazing! Every aspect of the spa was extremely relaxing. The staff did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and enjoy my experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Had the best head spa experience. So glad Charlotte now has a location. I paid for the deluxe head spa with relaxed facial and added in a lymphatic massage and blowout. It was all amazing and sooooo relaxing GIGi is the best. Can’t wait to book another appointment.

I just got finished with the deluxe head spa and it was AMAZING! I had Esthefani and she did such a good job!! I felt so relaxed and pampered. The deluxe head spa includes a neck and shoulder massage, facial and my favorite part- the head spa! Which is the best scalp massage and hair wash. I opted to have my hair towel dried instead of blow dried which meant 10 extra minutes of massage and it was worth it. I will definitely be going back! They offer $20 off your next service too which is awesome.

I went about a week ago and did the premium head spa. I had Esthefani and she was amazing! I also booked the premium head spa for my mom. She had Gigi and Gigi took her time and listened to my moms needs. My mom has been super stressed lately and left soooo relaxed afterwards. We will definitely be back.

Service was amazing except I could not enjoy it because the bed was so uncomfortable. My back was killing me almost as soon as I laid down.! They gave me a pillow and tried to help, but it’s just the bed is horrible! Also expensive for what you get
