Both nail techs who handled my pedicure and manicure seemed nice completely uninterested and barely looked at me the entire service, although they did offer me something to drink which was nice. I had to have my pedicure touched up before I left because she left off a portion of my big toes which had I had not noticed and said something I would have been quite miffed when I got home. There seemed to be no place to dry my toes, and if there was it wasn't offered to me. I had to fan my own toes with a menu to get out the door. The finished product is nice and the facility is clean but I probably won't be back

Extremely disappointed at my experience at this salon this morning. Ended up paying $80 for this acrylics set. They charged me for everything separately and I didn’t even get a manicure done. That would have been an extra $20. So it was $55 for acrylics + $5 for almond shape (unheard charge of a salon to charge you for giving shape to your nails) + $20 for this V Shape French Manicure. Irrational fees.

I've been going to this salon for YEARS. Lately, it seems the owners and product have gone downhill. I called today because the service I received was literally chipping and breaking my nails. I asked if they could reserve a spot for me at LATEST 615pm as I am at work, but I would like to have my nails fixed. I was told I could not secure an appt with the person I go to because they do not want to wait....I literally pleaded with them and inquired about the fact they close at 730- last person accepted at 7 why can't I be helped?! I feel like after several issues with rude techs, the continued early closing, and today's fiasco, they have lost a client. Now I must go somewhere else to have their work fixed at full price instead of them being accommodating and true to their hours. Additionally, this would be the 2nd time for me coming in to have these fixed within 9 days. Katie and Hannah are phenomenal, and I hate to leave them, but when your money and customer loyalty are not wanted, you take heed and leave.

Rude and dismissive to my elderly mother in law and teen, didn't even give them the colors they pointed to and wouldn't talk to them. I paid $60 to get both their nails painted that's it and not even the right color?! Oh also made my teens nails bleed. Not much else to say they don't stand by their work and I am out $60 with a traumatized teen.

Went to get my feet done that turned out nice? However, ended up getting my eyebrows tinted.For the first time ever worst experience had me looking like a straight clown..:(

Very friendly staff ! Kathy did my nails she did an amazing job with the shape and size I desired . And they serviced me quickly I didn’t have to wait long , I will continue having my nails done there for now because I was completely satisfied.

I took my daughter to have her first nail salon experience and it was AMAZING 🤩. The ladies were so nice and made my daughter feel like a Princess 😊 We got matching nails and toes. They took pics for us and gave us drinks. We found our permanent nail shop! 💖

Excellent customer service. I don’t feel like I’m rushed thru my service and the technician takes their time to make sure my service will be satisfactory. Love the greeting from the owner every time I walk thru the door.

Friendly staff and the drinks are a nice touch.. but the most important thing… My SNS always lasts at least 3 weeks here, when at other salons in the area I can hardly get them to last two. Always a good job on SNS and any pedicure I end up getting by any of the techs. Thanks for being so consistent! 🩷

I have been a customer for the past year since moving into the area. The operation is very well managed, and the staff is both friendly and professional. Even without the beverage service, I would continue to come here. Definitely give them a chance to earn your business if you haven't already.
