During the holidays, I’m reminded of the people and places I’m most thankful for, and one of those places is Path to Wellness. This clinic holds a special place in my heart, thanks in no small part to Teresa—a true healing angel on earth. I moved away and miss Teresa and the clinic dearly. I was fortunate to find her during a stressful time after visiting a few decent clinics in the Tulsa area. What set her apart was her kindness, compassion, and the extra care she provides. She was open on weekends when my usual clinic wasn’t, and her thoughtful approach made all the difference. Teresa’s clinic is a haven of healing. It includes a cozy herb section and a steam room infused with lavender and eucalyptus to help you relax before your treatment—it always hit the spot. Her sessions were thorough, unhurried, and so effective. I even purchased her farm-fresh eggs a few times, which was a delightful bonus! What truly stands out is Teresa’s genuine care. After one of my treatments, she gave me a hug—something I really needed at the time. She goes above and beyond for her patients, offering not just exceptional care but also emotional support. If you’re looking for TLC and healing, Path to Wellness is the place to go. I can’t recommend it enough!

Great place to take a steam, super clean but small. All the basic amenities are included but I would bring your own towel. If you make an appointment make sure to ask for the room to be pre-heated. If no one has taken a steam recently it can take a while to get going. Once it does though it’s fantastic. Love this place.

I booked an appointment the day before and they made the appointment but neglected to tell me they are getting an unlicensed therapist that is still in school before charging me or booking me. And when I called to ask about the incident they hung up on me and then sent me to voice mail when I tried to call back. The lady that did my massage was the sweetest and I really feel for her. I didn't receive acupuncture. I am a licenced massage therapist and am aware of the current laws and the law that was in effect 2 years ago. It is illegal to charge for massage service from an unlicensed therapist.

Teresa and her staff have been servicing Tulsa for a very long time. Teresa is awesome! While so many others have come and gone Path to Wellness is still here and going strong. I would highly recommend!

I went in for a Post Op Lymphatic massage after recently having breast implant removal surgery. Evon was amazing and she made the whole experience very comfortable. I was swollen and in pain when I got there and left my appointment feeling almost 100% back to normal. It was very relaxing and not painful at all. I will be going back for other massage services as well.

I always seem to get a quality acupuncture session here with Theresa! She listens to what is bothering you and helps pin point the areas where you are having the biggest problems. I highly recommend this place for your natural health needs

Evon was amazing. She listened to what was going on with me and gave me the correct therapy for my pain. I waited until the next day to write the review to give honest opinion on my results. I am feeling way better. My left side is almost pain free. I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been coming here for a few years for acupuncture which has been incredibly impactful. Recently tried the laser therapy for knee pain and just after one session I can move around much easier. I immediately scheduled a follow up appointment as this worked wonders.

Was an amazing experience.. I've been to a day spa's in the past but Path to Wellness is a med spa and Evon was the best. She really took care of me and talked to me about how I can help myself. Apart from the massage they offer wide range of holistic treatments for your health and body. I will definitely have to try a few things when I go back!

I have being coming with Teresa for a few years. A few days ago I got hurt by doing some stretches. Came to see Teresa. And she was very detail on the consultation regarding my pain. Got on the sauna. That was the firts step for me to start feeling relax and redy for a good massage and acupuncture. She gave me such a good massage and acupuncture therapy. I didn't want to get up. She made sure I was pain free by the time I left. I was not only pain free by the time I left. But so relax as well. This is the PERFECT place to come, either for any kind of injury , or just to relax and begin pamper. Teresa has healing hands. Every time I come. She make sure that all my body is well taken care. And me feeling like a New person again. THANK YOU Teresa for always going the extra mile to take the pain away, and making me super relax.

Teresa is FAR more than a brilliant acupuncturist and masseuse (BOTH of which she is!). She is a true healer. Just in the last month or two, I have come to her with agonizing pain in my arm, chest and leg, all of which seemed inexplicable, and each time, she figured out exactly what to do and fixed it 100%. For my truly agonizing chest and arm pain she figured out that I actually had a rib out of place! And she used various techniques, including walking on my back in just the right places to fix it – In about 10 minutes! With the pain in my leg she did a whole combination of stuff and it worked 100%. She's GREAT! (Said the way Tony the Tiger would)

Teresa is the best! I came in with hip pain, going home without it! Also she is awesome with lymphatic massages! Both feet swollen before the massage and back to normal after the massage. Cannot say enough about how impressed I am with her!
