Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. It was nice to have to ourselves. The sauna was especially nice.

I had a wonderful hot stone massage with Karen this week. There is a hot tub and sauna that are included with the massage but due to stuff I was unable to partake this time. It was easy to find and a really inviting environment. I will be back!

One star. Would give negative one if I could. When I go in for electrolysis, I should not walk out feeling suicidally depressed like I feel. Patty was "explaining" why she couldn't get my dark hairs out. If there's no root structure, why are they growing? If they're not growing, why can't they be removed if they don't fall out? She infuriated me by patting my shoulder and said "you're not listening". Nothing angers me more than displays of phony kindness as someone is BRUTALLY putting me down and making me depressed and convinced I'm stupid. Then she had the gall to God-talk me!!!! Transitioning is hard enough without toxic people like that.

Had a great experience we did patty’s package which included a massage facial and pedicure. We also used the hot tub and dry sauna for an hour. Great birthday treat for my daughter. Very clean and professional.

I was unable to get there early to use the sauna and it is only available for free before your treatment. I got a reflexology massage In a pedicure spa chair with a loud massage motor and tall back rest. Barbara was gentle massaging all the areas on my feet. Although did not know which area of my feet connected to which part of my body and recommended i research it later. Soon Jo did a manicure on me in a windowless room. I meant to ask what country she trained in as her technique was different. Natural nails only with NO nail art available. My cuticles really dried out after this. Limited nail colors and the pink stained my nails.

Booked on a whim because other spas in the area were full but patty’s won our heart. They got us in for a couple message (Really affordable). Sauna was wonderful. Bring bathing suit if you want to use hot tub. The staff was sooooooo kind and professional !! Make sure to tip with cash :)

Great staff. Tuesdays are the best time to go. The electrolysis treatments are successful and in my case there has been no regrowth of removed hair. Multiple sessions (best done every week or two) are needed to remove the maximum amount of unwanted hair. Prices are also very reasonable.

I was gifted a Pamper package for Christmas.when I walked in I could see it my be more suitable for old clients but I gave it a chance. The staff that I worked with were all very nice. I enjoyed the hot tub. The pedicure that I received was ok the lady was nice but not great at it. She also gave me my facial. The facial was very relaxing and I enjoyed it but sad to say my face did not. I ended up breaking out in several rashes after. The massage was mostly someone putting oil on me didn’t really massage anything. I had mentioned the areas that were bothering me but that didn’t make a difference. Sadly I left unsatisfied.

Jenae was an amazing massage therapist - I highly recommend her. However, BE AWARE you are NOT allowed to use the hot tub or sauna without an extra fee on the Mon-Wed $55 massage special. I was told I could use the facilities, but wasn’t told I’d be charged the full regular price of $70 if I did so. So even though I explained this to Patty, she said, , “Well now you know for next time,” and charged me the full $70. Not the best customer service, but still a great massage.

There is so much going on here. I passed by Patty's for years without giving it much thought. OMG did I ever miss out. This place has the best of everything. Hannah is the absolute best hair color and stylist I've ever met. The owner is amazingly friendly as well as the rest of the staff. If you've skipped by this place, do yourself a favor and stop in. It will quickly become a favorite go to.

Visiting ABQ and did the full day spa package at Patty's. Massage ,facials, and pedi. The place was awesome with fantastic people. First time doing this type of services and it was amazing! Highly recommended!!
