If you need your hair done, I cannot recommend Ericka enough. She was the best stylists I have been to so far. I box dyed my hair and went in information a correction. She took her time (5hrs) and completely transformed my hair and I am obsessed. You can tell she loves and knows her job.

Ericka was the best stylist I’ve ever encountered. She asked so many questions to make sure we both understood what I wanted. She patiently explained everything to me. She was thorough in her technique and I was beyond satisfied with the results. (Embarrassing ) Before pictures included!

The customer service here is VERY poor. I spoke with two women over the phone after making an appointment on two occasions for the same appointment and each time I got rescheduled and this was after I called the previous day to make sure my appointment was secure. They called the day of and told me they had to reschedule again. Not to mention the price for color is ridiculous, they have charged $500 for a full a touch up of my roots each time. When I asked to get the formula for my hair color the supervisor was rude and told me it’s not in their policy because they would loose business if they gave it out. But it’s ok to cancel appointments and now I can’t go anywhere else because I don’t know what they used on my hair. This place is horrible. Not to mention very dirty and they almost always have not got water or the right products. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Ericka has been doing excellent work on my hair. My Balayage hair color turned out beautiful ❤️. I like how she takes her time to wash & comb 🪮 my hair thoroughly in sections. The blow dryer she uses is gentle on my scalp & hair. Ericka deserves 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

I scheduled an appointment with Ericka and my cut is by far the best haircut I've had, ever. I was nervous about getting a layered style for curly hair, but she listened to my wants and gave suggestions and was incredibly helpful. I also like that she didn't hassle me to buy anything extra, etc. I love my cut and would definitely go back.

So if you want to walk in here, get sassy looks, and have the receptionist tell you to go see the girl in the corner of the salon, and then listen to that girl talk over you with a judgemental tone because you box dyed your hair because you're broke...go here.

Super happy this salon is here on Fort Bliss. Erica was great. It usually takes months for a stylist to figure out my hair or for me to explain my layers, etc...she knew exactly how to cut my hair and I'm so relieved I don't have to shop all over El Paso!

I highly recommend this salon. I had my hair done (cut and color) by Keelinn and had a wonderful experience. Keelinn is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and creative. She did a great job with my hair. Prices are also reasonable.

Oh my god Denise worked a miracle on my hair today! I will attach the before and after below. She took her time, she was so courteous and knowledgeable on going blonde. As a hairstylist myself it is hard to find people who understand how to bleach hair! She is most definitely a blonde specialist! I would recommend her 1000 times!

This hair salon is one of the most rude and obnoxious hair service I’ve ever experienced in my life. For hair stylists to complain about “other clients” in front of the cliental shows no class in professionalism. I figured this was the reason for so many no shows, I’ve should have known better to walk out but instead I decided to give this opportunity to this Jane Doe, don’t worry I’ll come back with the name to see if she could actually style well turns out she couldn’t. But I felt so sorry for her I decided to tip her because she sounded so desperate for money due to her 20 no shows. So if you don’t want to look like a “Kate plus 8 bob” haircut don’t bother coming here. Look forward to partially washed soapy hair, uneven cut, and rough strokes when combed/smacked head! Yes it was such a pleasant time :) btw her name is Keelinn :) If anything this business should know that when someone comes in it’s for self-care not to leave feeling less than or not taken care of. Your welcome

Erika did my hair! She did great.. I went in looking to get my hair dyed darker and she definitely worked with me so I could get the blackest black. She also deep conditioned and cut my hair. Will definitely go back to get my hair retouched again with her thank you Erika 😊

I had my hair cut and eyebrow waxed here once years ago and refused to go back. I thought with the Paul Mitchell name I'd get a quality stylist. I get a drastic angled bob, but I came out looking like Johnny Depp in Willy Wonka. There was no angle to it and it was too short to fix. But that's not the worst part. When the girl waxed my eyebrows, she waxed too much off of one side on the inside. She took about 1/5 of my eyebrow off. She decided to take a little off of my other eyebrow so they looked more even. I ended up with a HUGE gap between my eyebrows. I complained to her about both my cut and my brows, she said the most she can do is take $2 off of my brows. That's an insult. That girl wasn't even good enough to be working at Walmart salon let alone Paul Mitchell. Just beware this is the type of people they hire. People who cut like they're still in schooling shouldn't be charging mid-upscale Salon prices.

Just returned from deploying to a desert for 9 months. My hair needed some TLC and I was not disappointed. The highlights and lowlights were on point. Got a trim to remove damaged hair and also got some much needed deep conditioning. My hair looked great leaving there. Would recommend for all your basic hair care needs.

Made an appointment for my daughter for 3 pm, we arrived on time but hair stylist was running behind on appointments, one hour and 20 minutes later we were still waiting to be seen. Definitely poor time management.

Denise does an amazing job! She is such a talented stylist! She's brought my dry and damaged hair back to being healthy again. She really listens to what you want but is also great at giving ideas you may not have thought of. I am so happy to have found Denise and love how she she highlights and cuts my hair. Also she is just a really sweet person, very professional and so easy to talk to. Posting this under my spouse's Google account
