Great service. Technicians took their time and listened to my needs. Prices were a bit higher than I paid the last time we came. A price difference of $50 higher since 2022, but I guess that's inflation???

I will never come back 2 ladies relaxed my hair my hair didn't look relaxed my hair was cut to far after I told her I only wanted my split ends clipped lesson learned I will never recommended no one to the two ladies I had they in school I understand they need more practice

Not a good place for short haircuts for men. They do not have clipper guards. That would make the job very difficult for an experienced barber, can't think how difficult it was for the student.

All the years of going to hair schools for service this is definitely the worst. Young lady didn't get the perm out and I had to tell her myself . And after so called completion the perm wasn't worked in . Totally disappointed .Extremely noisy atmosphere .Bathroom nasty ! I'm not sure who the person in charge the state need to review this location as a surprise . This is the worse !!! My roller set looks horrible !! I really should of did it myself .

I am so impressed with my services today at Paul Mitchell. Keyshawn was absolutely wonderful. I thought I was coming just to get my hair washed but I received a full lesson on how to maintain my sew in. The tips and tricks I received were priceless. I am so excited. Thank you Keyshawn you ate fantastic!

I absolutely love my color job by Angela Hick performed on my vibrant Red transformation. I wasn’t sure if exactly of what direction I wanted to go- and Angie was so patient & knowledgeable in not only my desired look but as well as my hair care concern and product recommendations to maintain my hair’s health and manageability. I would recommend her hands down.

I asked for a dark brown and my hair ended up pink, blue, and green. I couldn’t recommend this to even my worst enemy **School responded stating I hadn't been there, however, I had my appointment on August 9th at 10am as the school opened.

I had an amazing hairstylist Maddy!! Wash comes with every service. I went for a blow out and style. She trimmed my ends. The vibes were great. She didn’t take too long & I’m super satisfied with the outcome. I will be returning, Thanks Maddy!!!!!!!

I've been coming to this place for almost 13 years, and today was the first time I was disappointed. I called and was told I could just walk in. I drove straight here from work, the opposite direction of where I live, and was told that there was no way for me to get my hair done. So I've wasted gas and it's too late to go anywhere else. My work schedule limits my options of places to go, so this was it for me. I'll never give less than 5 stars to this place, but hopefully in the future, the people who answer the phones will be more informed and no one else will have to waste time and gas.

I’ve been to Paul Mitchell’s school for service the last 15yrs, this location is the worst of all. Front desk staff so unorganized and rude. I waited for an hour for my appointment and when I checked with them regarding service they forgot to even get the student for my hair appointment. If they don’t want to work, please hire someone else that willing to work.

My experience was unpleasant. Seems they throw their students into performing services prematurely, with only 2 months training. When I mentioned to the student that I am a cosmetologist, & I would be communicating with her during my haircut she brought the instructor over who was accusatory in a negative tone. Then, the instructor switched me to another stylist who said she would wet my hair, cut it first, then color, which, is a backwards action of procedure. When I communicated this they all huddled in a corner in a critical discussion looking over at me from a distance. I walked out at that point, feeling self conscious, and a bit uncomfortable with both student, and instructor delivering poor customer service. As a former stylist I would not recommend this school.

Professional and friendly. From the time I made the appointment with the receptionist up until I came back for service. Excellent. Alicia (student) and Katrina (Instructor) were awesome. They took care of my natural hair with ease and great care. I will be coming back.

The student as well as instructor were friendly, patient, and did a fabulous job with my haircut and style!! The lead instructor went extra mile to style my hair to perfection and made it super beautiful!! Will definitely recommend this place😊👍

This school is so unorganized. Some of the people here are so rude. Especially the front desk people. Everyone has there own set of rules for how "Paul Mitchell" hair school is supposed to be servicing people and prices. I'm just going to take my services somewhere else. You can't call corporate because they are the headquarters. That's why all the good people is probably leaving #ThisIsACaseof poor management

This was my first of many experiences. The person who did my hair was very good. The school has staff members that walk around and see what the students are doing. Prices are competitive and I expected to be there longer than I was. Total time for wash, blow dry, and trim was fast.

All in all I have had good experiences with getting my hair done here. I really miss some of the old instructors that are no longer there. They were very energetic and helpful. This last visit I had my hair done by a lovely young lady who shared a lot of her reserve of customers not being happy with the results. Which was understandable since I was her 2nd client. It's ok to engage with the student that are signed to you, it helps to get an understanding of what your experience will be like. Also if the students are uneasy help them by encouraging them to do what they were taught to do or ask them who can they call on to help them out. I do sympathize with my fellow clients that have had burn incidents with the plastic part of those flat irons, it really does hurt. I do think the new instructors need more insight of what their roles are. Thank you

Do not visit here to get your hair done. I have thick long 4b hair, and it was nearly destroyed by the students here at this school. I came to get a silk press. A lady of Caucasian race was originally assigned to style my hair, but after about 40 minutes of her detangling my hair and raking through it vigorously with a small tooth comb as well as flat ironing it on 410 degrees then becoming frustrated doing so, she proceeded to assign another student to my hair. The new student she handed me over too is African American, and was told to finish what she had started. The new student took the instructions and proceeded to go over my hair yet again with a very high temperature flat iron. She then burned the back of my head with the iron, then suggested that the pain I felt was from the “heat” of the iron and not the actual iron. The students used profanity and were very unprofessional my entire visit. I went in at 11:00am and did not leave until 3pm almost 4pm. My visit was very tragic, and I work entirely too hard on my beautiful hair everyday trying to grow it longer only to have it detroyed by careless people. Go here at your own risk but I highly do not recommend it.

I went and had my hair cut & dyed. it was a good experience other than members of the staff, not the students, being rude towards me (also towards the student tending to my hair.) it seems like the staff completely gets away with being absolutely rude & berating towards their students. if you’re wanting to go here as a student, I’d look elsewhere. almost every student I’ve spoken to has told me how rude most of their instructors are, & when reports are filed, nothing is done.. which I’ve witnessed most of.

Went to this place at 10am didn't leave until 2:30pm. The Students tell the instructor their needs of not feeling comfortable doing certain styles and was ignored. Causing the student to burn my scalp. One of the instructors are very lazy just walk around chatting and laughing. They need to take out more time with these student's who aren't comfortable. The director stated when I signed tge waiver I signed up to get my scalp burnt.

If you need to get your hair done, go here! First of all, I swear by cosmetology school salons because 1) students TAKE THEIR TIME and try to do a good job to add to their portfolios, 2) instructors are always around and will give direction, and 3) the prices are unbeatable. I got full highlights today, and my hair is extremely long. At a normal salon this would be well over $200. The Paul Mitchell school also did things that no other salon has (ex: tone roots so it looks normal when it grows out). Overall, everyone was so professional and I can’t wait to go back and do my hair again (it looks great btw!!)
