01/31/25 Paul Mitchell school is Awesome. Prices are very reasonable. Service from the students with instructors are great! This week I had the pleasure of having Crystal N. Work on my hair. What a wonderful young lady. Stands out amongst the many students I've had work on my hair over the years. Normally they dye my hair and come back 40 minutes later, that it's time to rinse. Not this young lady! Crystal sat there and communicated with me the whole time! Made me seem like I wasn't just another client. She took interest in what I had to say and chimed in with her opinion and comments. Very rare in today society where everyone is in a hurry. Exceptional young lady! She will go far in this world, I'm certain of it! They do a great job training the students. Thank you.

I was promptly greeted as I checked in and waited a few minutes for my stylist. She was friendly and listened attentively to my wants for my hair and found the learning leader to consult. Throughout the process, she checked in with learning leader and their interactions were professional. My highlights and cut turned out beautifully!

Staff was amazing! The instructor was great helping me decide on the color and placement. I decided to do something fun for my 59th Birthday and your salon helped me do it! I love my hair and have gotten a ton of compliments!

I felt like I was heard and Kayla didn’t an awesome job on my highlights. She explained every step also the teacher was so kind and understood what I wanted done to my hair. I love my highlights.

This experience happened last year around May, however I am constantly reminded of how bad of a treatment I received from this school. My inspo picture consisted of a brown base with subtle highlights. The first session began with lightening my hair and the second session was the actual dying of my hair. After being there for hours, I was not satisfied with the results. I touched the back of my neck after leaving and noticed there was still dye left on my hair due to the dye not being washed off properly. This left me with having to wash out the hair on my own at home. The hair I was left with consisted of streaky highlights that weren't blended and different shades of blonde in my hair. It wasn't what I had envisioned in mind, however, I understood it was a school. I was a little upset but nothing compared to the horrible experience I was going to have next. The worst part of my experience is when the instructor with ginger hair named Clinton or something came to review the work of the student. At every salon I have been too, they usually don't know where to begin because I have so much hair and always mention to me how thick and full it is. He began to compliment my hair and tell me how he loves that I have so much hair and mentioning the length. I only asked the student for a trim and slight face framing and that's what I got. He mentioned that the layers in the back of my hair seemed choppy and said he was going to blend them for me. He took a pair of shears and used that to blend in the ends. He took a comb and mountains of hair started to fall. I looked up confused and he had stopped what he was doing and told me that they are all blended now. When stylists are done with haircuts, they usually put all your hair in the front so you can see the results. When he did that, I had BARELY any hair left. He thinned out my hair so much to the point where there was gaps in my hair. After complimenting my thick hair he pretty much thinned it out so much that I was left with thin brittle hair. This was such an awful experience because of how he thinned out my hair so much. 8 months later and I still experience gaps in my hair. I had a received a trim at a different salon 2 months ago and they had told me that there were many gaps in my hair so they would try to cut as little as possible. This is very frustrating as it is easy to make your hair grow longer but not in thickness. I do not recommend this salon to anybody please take your business elsewhere. You cannot even trust the instructors. Yes, he was kind however it doesn't take away from the fact that he completely ruined my hair. The reason I am writing this at a later time is because I finally let my hair grow out a bit longer and returned back to my natural color. It is devastating to see the thin hair he gave me after saying how beautiful and thick my hair was. Even now 8 months later I am living with the horrible haircut I got and it is frustrating knowing that my past experiences at this school were NOTHING like this. Nothing has destroyed my confidence as much as this experience. The last 8 months with my hair from this school has been complete hell.

This was my first time at Paul Mitchell's beauty school. I did not know what to expect. Everybody, there was so positive. Deidra. Who did my hair was nervous because it was her first perm on a real person and I knew it was gonna come out. Great, and that's what happened. It came outvantastic and Curtis helped her a sometimes. And and i'm Appreciated the hospitality that I got there .

I don’t recommend anyone who is looking to get a high quality or professional hair lightening or coloring here. However a haircut and a deep conditioning or scalp treatment is good. Other than that go to an actual salon.

Usually I have great service..but my last visit the student did an aweful job. She barely washed my hair. Then when she trimmed my bangs. She cut it straight across leaving lots of un cut bangs that I had to clip myself. The instructor never inspected her work before he signed off on her paperwork. I should have called and complained but it was just before the holidays.
