My stylist was Hannah. She was super sweet and fun to talk to. During the haircut she really made sure I was happy with how it was turning out and communicated through the whole process. My hair looks and feels so much better!

I had Madie cut and style my hair and I’m usually super picky about my hair cuts but she did absolutely amazing! Super cute place, very affordable, and super sweet employees! I took pictures of before and after and I’m in love🤍

Best experience ever!! I came in with hair down to my butt that I haven’t touched in 3 years.. I was anxious but excited for something different. After a total color change and chop, I left feeling like a whole new woman! Staff was adorable and really listened to what you were asking for, and most importantly, executed it with perfection!! Love love love my new hair!

I am new to the area and was very stressed about finding a new salon. I am lucky to have stumbled across Pavia. Pavia was awesome! Quiet, small, and cozy with great hospitality! Madie was super personable and valued my input. Love how my color and cut turned out. Thank you for easing my nerves and doing a fantastic job!

I love my haircut from Hannah! She kept checking with me along the way to make sure I liked where my layers were falling or if I wanted to change anything. Very courteous and kind. Pavia is a hidden gem in Lynchburg and I’ll be back!

Bailey is awesome. I initially went in with a picture for an ‘inspirational’ cut idea, for her to see my goal haircut. Although my hair was to short at the time, she is great to look at the picture each time and create a style that worked with what I have, yet still working toward my (our) goal. We’re not there yet, but I love my cut every time I leave. ❤️

I love this salon! Not only was it super easy to book an appointment, but I walked out with exactly what I asked for. The ladies here are awesome! Hannah did a wonderful job with my full highlights and she was so sweet and personable. I can’t recommend this place enough! Truly a wonderful salon

My favorite salon ever! They get everything right, from my hair (cut, style, and color) to the atmosphere (cozy modern vibe, friendly and professional stylists), to the beverages and snacks available. I look forward to each appointment as I know I’m going to be pampered and also catch up with friends. Highly recommend!!!!!

Loved coming here! I have curly hair and it can be hard finding someone who does it well. My cut was about 30 which was such a good deal. Maddie was excellent, I recommend all my curly girls to go to her!

Normally, I leave the salon unhappy with my haircut - not this time! Bailey was excellent to work with and I left so pleased with the way my hair looked (and still looks!). 100% recommend Pavia Salon and Bailey.

Bailey was so helpful and did exactly what I asked for! She helped me pick a color that suited my skin tone and is perfect for fall/winter. She also cut my curly long thick hair beautifully and the price was so fair. The scalp massage was also a huge plus!

Only 2 visits, and one scheduled followup. Hair cut and followup trim perfect. Great Short "european" cut with lots of texture even with my fine silver/grey hair.

Saw Bailey for a wash and cut and style! Let me say it was amazing! I showed her my inspiration pics and she nailed it. She asked lots of questions and always clarified before she cut! Would recommend 10/10
