I’ve been going to DeeJay for blowouts regularly for over a year now, and I’ve always been happy with the result! He’s done my hair for many big events (proposal, engagement pictures, honeymoon, etc). Due to a medical issue, I’m unable to wash my own hair. Deejay has always been kind and has never been judgmental about the state of my hair. I’ve also gone to him for hair cuts and highlights! He’s very easy to talk to and is always interested in what I have going on.

Shawn is the most amazing hairdresser I've ever had. He has this voodoo-like ability to make my hair look fabulous while working with what I've got. Meredith is great not only with my extensions but coordinating them with my perm. I highly recommended them both!!

Emma was awesome. I told her what I didnt like and told her to do whatever she would like otherwise. I walked out with an amazing haircut feeling like a million bucks. Scheduled my 2nd appointment already and told friends and family how much I enjoyed my experience at Pavo.

Meredith is an amazing stylist for curly hair! She freshened up my cut and gave it so much more natural shape and body in less than an hour.

While the cut and color that I received are cute in their own way, they look absolutely nothing like the inspo pictures I brought in to help illustrate what I wanted. I also only got maybe 30-45 mins with my stylist for her to quickly cut my hair and apply my color. I didn’t see her again until the very end (3 hours total), as she had scheduling issues and worked on another client the rest of the time I was there. Someone else washed, dried, and styled my hair. She was supposed to come back to do more cutting after the wash to “do some detailing”, but as soon as my hair was dry she was taking my cape off and asking if I needed anything else. Again, the cut and color I received are decent and the girl who did my wash and blow dry was so sweet and attentive. But I paid well over $200, so I was hoping to get what I wanted or even just close to what I wanted. A bit disappointed and felt kinda neglected during the appointment.

Salin is very nice and organized. DJ listened to me. Made me feel comfortable and confident in his work. Got great cut and color. DJ is polite also. Wonderful experience.

The salon is quite nice but also very relaxed. Kaitlyn cuts my hair and really pays attention to what I ask her to do but also offers her opinion as needed. The few others I’m familiar with are also good but I’m partial to Kaitlyn.
