I had an amazing experience with Elena at PBK for Botox and my skin treatments! From start to finish, Elena was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. She listened to my goals, explained each step thoroughly, and her gentle technique made the whole experience so comfortable. The results are perfect—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I wanted. My skin looks radiant, and I’ve received so many compliments! Elena truly has an eye for detail and a talent for creating results that look flawless yet completely natural. If you’re looking for an expert who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Elena enough!

Elena is amazing. She is patient, kind, and really listens. She will give you her honest opinion and expertise. I am in love with my new lips and chin! They look so natural and do not look overdone at all. Elena is also a perfectionist, I told her that my lips were naturally uneven and she fixed them completely. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about trying injections for the first time. <3

I had the Genisis treatment administered by Elaine. The procedure was very smooth and calming. It's one of my favorite facials ever. The office was very clean, staff was very sweet and professional. I've done this treatment before at another establishment prior to my wedding and it left me glowing. Was so happy to find a spot nearby to to do it again. My only recommendation would be to make sure you clean your face well before coming in. Unfortunately, although she did clean my face, it was not properly cleansed prior to the laser and I broke out for the first time ever after Laser Genisis, which has never happened before. I don't really get breakouts and use this treatment primarily for tightening my pores. Nevertheless, one of the other benefits of the treatment: my skin got rid of the breakouts very quick. Other than cleaning your face prior to coming in, I highly recommend!

Elena is amazing! I completely trust her - she is easy to talk to and very transparent about what to expect and how to care for your skin afterwards. Before starting my facial she even showed me her sterilized tools! You can tell she wants you to feel great inside and out. The space is also very clean! 5 stars all around (front desk is also very nice!) 😊 thank you Elena and staff for great experience!

Elena is very knowledgeable and experienced, she is truly looking out for her patients. She is very talented in what she does. Elena always carefully examines my skin and suggests the most appropriate treatments and/or products for me. My skin has never been better thanks to Elena’s magic touch and expertise. I was a little scared to try Botox for the first time but after reading all the great reviews, decided to give it a shot! And I'm so happy I did! Wow if anyone cares about their patients it’s Elena. She is so compassionate with what she does.
