Got a Groupon a for a balayage. It was a bit hard to reach her. I guess my hair wasn’t the right color for a balayage and wanted to charge $100+ more for it. Was hoping for more tips of how to get the color I wanted but didn’t get any helpful ideas. So I just chose a different color that I originally wanted.

Alicia @ Peace Love & Hair Salon is amazing. I bought myself a Groupon to have my hair done as a Mother’s Day present to myself and she was more than accommodating when I purchased the wrong Groupon. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My hair looked amazing and a year later, people still ask if I just got my hair done! I’m due for another appointment and I’m definitely going back to Alicia! I am so glad I found her because now I have found someone local I can trust to go above and beyond! Thank you Peace Love & Hair & Alicia for making me feel beautiful again!

Booked with Alicia as my first hair cut moving to AZ, and was very happy that I came to her :) She was very gentle with my hair, and was very communicative when scheduling. I have long hair that I tend to be very anxious about cutting, but she did a great job and cut it just how I wanted and it grew so fast after! This is a long delayed review but I had went in December 2023, and now, my hair was even longer than it was when I came in for a trim which I love. Will definitely be coming back 🫶

**!! DO NOT GO HERE !!***** I had a Groupon for a haircut and made an appointment with Alicia for 9 am. After arriving, the door was locked, and no one was there. I waited a little bit, then called Alicia but no answer, waited, and called her two more times with no answer. I live 30 minutes away and did not want to drive all that way for nothing, so I was willing to give Alicia the benefit of the doubt and wait. Another stylist arrived to open up. She asked if I was waiting on Alicia and told me she would go call her. When Alicia finally showed up close to 10 a.m., I was a little irritated but was still willing to have my haircut. But there was no hello, no apologies, the very first thing she said to me was, "You weren't here at 9 am!" I told her not only was I there, but I tried calling her three times! She tells me she doesn't answer numbers she doesn't know! Her story changed many times, and I caught her in quite a few lies. I told her I honestly couldn't believe how disrespectful and unprofessional she was, and with her attitude, did not want her working on my hair. I told her I would be canceling my groupon, but before I even got home to ask for a refund, Alicia had redeemed the groupon! She erased my calls from her call log and sent a screenshot to "show" I didn't call. But after showing groupon MY call log, to show I DID call her three times, and telling them about my horrible experience, I received a full refund and an apology from groupon. IMO, Alicia is Very dishonest, and I have no idea how she stays in business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE, I wish I hadn't!

Alicia did an amazing job with my cut and color! She went the extra mile to make sure it was the right color and that I loved it. We had the best conversation as well. I would definitely recommend her as a stylist and strong woman entrepreneur.

Don’t bother trying to use one of her Groupon offers. I’ve tried getting in touch by calling the number on the Groupon certificate for 2 weeks now. 3 calls and messages left, no answer, no response from merchant. This is pretty bad business practices. I’ve reported it to Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon looking for a new stylist and was pleasantly surprised with Alicia. She was very knowledgeable about how to treat blonde hair and the results were stunning! I’ve received many compliments on my hair since seeing her and I will definitely be scheduling my future appointments with her. If you’re looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend her.
