The best place to get a massage at Dont get fulled with how small or simple the place is. The workers there are so good, nice and give a 100% of their effort. I feel like they have a pain detector in their hands All the people who I recommended them to it became regulars.

5 stars is not enough stars!! When I tell you this massage was a transcendent experience, it still does not convey how wonderful it was. Kiki took such amazing care of me. I booked the two hour signature massage as a holiday treat for myself after a hard year, and I felt like she was wringing all the the bad juju out of me. Worth every penny.

I hate to write a bad review because the masseuse was excellent; but the front desk staff employee was extremely rude, not helpful, and told me never come back again even after I left a generous tip. I have never had a bad experience like this ever in my life and was greatly disappointed with how I was treated by the front desk employee! I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Had an appointment from 7:30-8:30pm (the close at 9pm) and I left a 50% tip! I left and returned within 2 mins because my bag was in the restroom and they wouldn’t let me in the building, at 8:32 I called and called and eventually they blocked me. Eventually I got in the building to physically knock on the door, my friend called and it went through to the extent that I could hear the phone ringing and announcing my friends full name! I’m currently waiting for the police so I can file a report-disgraceful! Also filing a report with the better business bureau. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Update: because my number was blocked from calling I called the police. When the police arrived they noted that the phone lines rang for them but I was blocked and did all they could to contact the property manager to resolve this issue. The owner Steven saw my review online and reached out to me that he could return to the premises and included his number, the officers spoke with him. Twenty mins later, he arrived and upon inserting his keys into the spa doors, noted that “the door was actually unlocked the whole time”. I found my things behind the bathroom door, on the floor-not where I left that at all as I am a germaphobe, it was on the counter. Outside the police and I discussed how the door wasn’t unlocked at all, as we had our turn knocking and it didn’t budge. Very weird situation, would still not recommend and I’m very appreciative for the officers assistance!

This is a stunning place for massage. Vivi is excellent, she is nice and friendly,also very professional . Vivi understands massage and triggers points from traditional medicine perspective. That why she not only makes you relax,her treats medical issues, she is best. Highly recommend her!

Been here many times. But the last month, I only had bad experiences. They don’t speak any English that you could tell them to do it more relaxing. If you want to relax, this is not your place. If you want to be pushed around, maybe this is for you. There are not well trained anymore and it’s a pretty rough experience.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was by far one of the best massages I have ever had. Would definitely recommend and I will be back. I recommend LULU, she was very patient in helping me relax.

Horrible experience I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. First of all the place is not a welcoming vibe. It’s kind of creepy in fact. They assigned me a man without notifying or asking me first. He walked in as I was still changing without knocking on the door and then did it twice more!! They switched my masseuse but she was not good. I did not get a chance to relax because I was thinking about what she was doing the whole time. I ended up staying only half my appointment. Such a waste of time and money.

Me and my date went there for couple massage! We use class pass to make a reservation. We love it, it was so relaxing, we refused immediately that we only booked 60mins should have done 90 mins!!! Btw, their English aren’t well, but they do speak Chinese. And I brought my own massage oil, highly recommended everybody to do so!

I would give it a 0 if possible. My masseuse didn’t know what she was doing. Touching my bones without any purpose. They assigned a male masseuse to my girlfriend without prior acknowledgement. He was touching her earlobes (?) and doing things for no apparent reason. The worst part is my girlfriend’s body aches afterwards. Worst massage ever! Would not recommend.

Not sure if they changed ownership but the new young guy in the reception is rude and awful. The old reception guy was nice and at least speak with manner. This new guy doesn’t even let me finish my question and just hangs up the phone. Bear in mind i speak Chinese as well. Im chinese and his attitude is even worse when I switched from English to Chinese. Every time I call them it’s always this new guy answering. Really bad experience and sad to see this place going downhill. Massages are also a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re okay, but most of the times they’re not great.

This place was my favorite massage salon in the world for the past 3 years. The front desk receptionist has changed from a kind older man to an incompetent younger man who doesn’t understand an ounce of the term customer service. I went in for a massage today and he was huffing and puffing from the beginning, and after I tipped the standard amount I have for the past several years, he yelled at me that I need to tip 5-10% more than the standard amount. He then rolled his eyes at me multiple times when I explained that I tipped according to service received and well above the average amount. The masseuse was kind and appreciative. I’ve referred so many people here over the years and have even come to do “couples massages” with my best friends. I had a favorite masseuse for over a year (who recently left, I wonder why). I’m sad to say that due to this change in front desk treatment of customers, I will be finding another massage salon and do not plan to return to peaceful body spa.

I’ve this place 3 times already. Most of the employees wear the mask so I don’t recognize their face well but first time and 2nd time was same lady and 3rd time was different lady. Sometime only one person is good and the other is not. You feel like you want to change the person after they start and you can’t really say you want to change…So far both of them are really good so I trust this place now!

Poor service and lack of privacy in the massage room! The masseuse kept scratching me with her nails and it did feel like waste of time or money! The man at the front desk asked me to tip and I said that I wasn’t happy with the service and instead is asking the reason , he just told me “next time use other massage therapist “! Lack of professional business handling and poorly trained masseuse! Would have gave it zero stars if I could

Not sure why this place has such good reviews. There is no proper waiting area, you can do hear what's going on in the rooms next to you, they cover you in an old seeming huge green towel. And the woman who massaged me gave an obvious negative response to my tip. I'd skip this place. UPDATE: I came here again after booking on class pass and not realizing it was this place. This time I couldn’t hear as much from the other rooms. The massage was just okay. More pain then feeling good. When I went to tip they told me there is a minimum of a 20% tip….um no? Sorry you can’t tell me that what to tip for a sub par massage. So I said no and he ultimately let me tip what I thought was fair. Again, in front of me the woman had a negative reaction. Also, the woman doing the massage openly coughed on my back with no apology. If you want to go to an amazing budget friendly spa that doesn’t shame you into tipping, check out renewing spa 2.

POSITIVE UPDATE: Today I got a massage with Steven and it was truly the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten. Thanks to him I’m adjusting my 1 star review to a 5 star review. I would give this massage 10 stars if I could. This was sadly the worst massage I’ve ever had. It seemed as if this was the first massage the masseuse had ever given. I asked for more pressure multiple times but it felt like I was being massaged by a feather at best. She moved VERY slowly and left the room for long periods of time, which took away from the massage time. I love a nice massage but I couldn’t wait for it to end.

Truly awful. I don’t think the masseuse is trained at all and they just hired anyone to do the job. I mean how hard is it to give a massage right? Let’s hire anyone! She used her elbows on my spine and literally every bone she could find on my back successfully avoiding all the muscles. Total disaster!

pretty sure the person who massaged me doesn’t have a proper license to do so. This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever gotten. It was so painful and I feel more tense than I did before. Definitely will not be coming again.
