The front desk and clinician is attitudinal, unprofessional and very inconsiderate. She crosses personal boundary with unintelligent remarks if you cancel or miss appts instead of offering peaceful resolve. She is extremely argumentative and indirectly rude.

I was at my appointment well ahead of time 11:30. My appointment was at 12:00pm I did everything that I was instructed to do. As soon as I walked in the smell over took me I had to breathe from my mouth. No it didn’t smell like feces, the only way I can describe it was that it smelled like a butcher shop, some type of burnt flesh. Comes 12 and then 12:15 I just couldn’t stay any longer I was told someone who was handicapped was taking a big longer in the bathroom. I totally understood and that did not bother me at all. The front desk attendant was very friendly. How ever not knowing how much longer I’d be waiting I decided to leave. The smell was too strong. I rescheduled but I probably will not be making my way back as I really cannot stand the smell that are still on my clothes. So I’ll leave this establishment a 4 star review and encourage them to please work on the odor.

My first experience getting a colonic was something different but definitely worthit. The lady was very professional and pleasant she made me comfortable considering I was having bowel movements. I already recommended at least 5 people to go.

Had a great first visit today. It smelled good and was clean. Very pleasant owner and staff. She was very educated and explained very well to me what i was to do and how each time i come back the things i can do at home to help me in my clean out sessions. Also they have body wraps and other services not just colonics. I suggest everyone to come here for professional service and a great experience. Great spa experience.

Helen is the owner operator of Peaceful Escapes. She is phenomenal, top notch, and thorough! Do not go anywhere else. I been other places and they are completely subpar to Peaceful Escpapes (that goes for even the one I considered the "good one"). Please, please treat your self. Do your self favor and go here. She KNOWS what she is doing! Particularly I went for the 6 Series colonic treatment which is a combo of 6 colon hydration with a closed system, parasite and candida (yeast) cleanse. You get very clear specific guidelines for the cleanse and diet during the cleanse. I am thrilled with the results! It has to be understood that I am 45 years and I have always had problems with moving my bowels since I was a a toddler. Forever, I have been walking around with pounds and pounds of impacted, hard stools in my bowels to the point that I stopped feeling any movement. Many, many years I have suffered, not being able to move my bowels with any regularity. I could feel it affecting my health, drastically. I always felt bloated and gassy. But now, I started to have issues with absorption of nutrients from my intestines, which was evidenced in my 15 pounds weight loss without wanting or trying to or changing my diet. I believe the walls of my intestines were so hardened with stool, that they were not functioning. I started to have itching on my back near my right shoulder and spasming in transverse colon, which the doctor had on watch citing possible gallstones. I know that a doctor's first job is not wellness.. their first job is treating symptoms. This is not going to fix the problem. Helen fixed the problem! Facts. The treatment cleaned me out, nourished my colon, healed my gut. I feel amazing! The bloating is gone, the itching is going and my bowel movements are regular and healthy. I am so grateful to Helen and wanted to share because she provides a service at a level that I have not found anywhere else. Don't try. Just go here. I believe that my bowels were headed for disease. I know they were. And I know that there are folks out there suffering like i was. But here you go. Here is your intervention and prevention. Take action and do everything Helen tells you. It is worth it if you want to feel healthy and great. A healthy gut!

I absolutely love this place! Friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff/owner. Lost 4 lbs after my first visit (hydrotherapy) along with a non-dairy/no simple carbs diet. I’d definitely recommend this place!
