Pros: nice people, immediate service, when she was massaging it was good. Cons: She was on her phone with the volume up nearly the whole massage and to the point where she wasn’t really massaging just rubbing my skin with her hand. Kept leaving the room to talk to people, would be fine as long as that time was made up for. Stopped the massage about 10 minutes early. When I went to leave she said “no tip??” I said I didn’t have cash so she took out the receipt I already signed and I put down $12. She says “no no you out $20”. I felt bad for her because I can tell they don’t get a ton of business, but I noticed while looking for other massage places that this is likely a chain place; a lot of generic sounding places with pink rooms.

I went to Peaceful Spa recently. Tina gave a wonderful massage, with just the right amount of pressure. I will go back.

Sa Sa is a miracle worker the Lomi massage was amazing! I can’t wait to go back, so grateful to have this experience. 10/10!!!

Ask for Sasha, she is tiny but packs an amazing deep tissue massage. I was in Scottsdale for 6 wks for radiation therapy! Had a horrible neck and shoulder pain that Sasha spent extra time working out. She knows right where to go to get to the source of the pain and tight muscles. Even with the stress I was under I was able to be present and enjoy every minute, and always felt great release of tension after her massages. I am so thankful I was able to have her massages twice a week while here! Thank you Sasha, you are so sweet and a better massage than any place I’ve ever been. I’ll be back each time I come to town!!!

I went in on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00 without an appointment. They were busy so I had to wait about 15 minutes. My therapist was attractive and very polite.I chose the 1 hour massage for $80. The store was very clean and smelled good. The massage was excellent and I felt great when I left. I recommend Peaceful Spa and I will return .

Charged $80 for deep tissue for an hour. I only received 40 mins worth. I had someone knock on the door , and the ladies randomly switched without me even knowing until I noticed the feet and hands. I had better massages else where ( full-body including feet). My worst experience.

This was a disrespectful and unprofessional experience. The receptionist started my massage and then a new therapist showed up mid-massage without telling me. Unclear of the receptionist is even licensed. Then, the receptionist talked to my therapist through a closed door to answer management questions. My therapist eventually left unannounced leaving the door to my room open—with me naked and uncovered on the table, exposing me to customers and staff walking by. I immediately got dressed and left. They seemed unsurprised as I left. From reading other reviews, this seems like a pattern. No wonder they required me to prepay. I am appalled by this degrading treatment.

Wonder ful Stephanie - made all my neck pain go away !!! Horrible clavicle injury, and she made it so much better !! Clean & freindly !!
