The staff was amazing but they have the most rude & disrespectufl management I've ever witnessed in my life. I hope they find a better place of work, and hopefully somebody checks the management on their manners soon! I'd recommend finding one of your many other options near by

Are those needle marks in a straight line to you? I think the doctor didn’t do the work properly and my nose is tilted to the left side now due to the injection.

Top notch facilities with an incredibly professional staff! As a man, it can be a bit odd showing up to Med Spa's but it's an incredibly relaxing and comfortable environment whose employees were friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely a 5 star rating from me.

I truly do not have the words to express how impressed I was with Jordan & Kennedy! Not only were they incredibly kind and discussed my aesthetic goals comfortably, their professionalism, knowledge, and confidence in their craft was unmatched. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and the steps we were going to take to achieve it. I am excited to see them both again for my next appointment. Also, the space is perfectly executed for a private, luxurious, but at-home feeling. Highly recommended letting Jordan and the Kennedy at Pearl Med Spa help you achieve your aesthetic goals!

The team here is absolute perfection! Everyone was so friendly and professional and asked the perfect questions to get me exactly what I wanted. The space itself is super clean and has the nicest atmosphere!

I had the most incredible experience with the team at Pearl Med Spa. I booked a Clear and Brilliant as well as an Ultherapy treatment. The staff took such good care of me and ensured I was comfortable the entire 90 min appointment. My treatments were very thorough. I am a few days out and my skin is already glowing and looking so happy! Can't wait to see what the final results look like in the coming week/weeks!

This place was a waste of my time! I set an appointment for a medical/wellness consultation a week in advance for 9am. The nurse called me the day before to say they were out of testosterone. She didn’t say anything about cancelling the consultation. I wasn’t going to buy day one anyhow, I spend time considering my options before purchasing anything. Anyhow, I showed up I was told the nurse was busy so I sat w/ some girl who pitched me on some skin treatment package I never asked for or about, & she could answer none of my questions on wellness, remember I came in for that originally. What a waste of time! Her consistent answer was “well the nurse really has to answer that” Woman, that’s who I was told I had an appointment with! These people need to get it together. Lots of pretty ladies work there, no professionalism whatsoever. Stay away! I wanted to talk wellness they wanted to pitch a 12 month skin treatment plan, my skin is fine, don’t waste my time.

I’ve been a member at Pearl Medspa for the last few years and their products, services but especially their employees have been incredible. I’ve had to cancel at the last minute, they have been accommodating but they have also accommodated me at the last minute. I’m blown away by Andrew’s reviews. First of all, THEY did in fact inform you that they were out of testosterone. If that isn’t an indication that you don’t need to come in, then why did you? You made it appear there was a switch and bait. The ladies are also in sales (as in any occupation where you offer product and services) by your choice in coming in, why would they not offer you another product or service? I’ve gone to the spa and upon waiting for one of the physicians, I was offered products I didn’t think about but ended up purchasing. I’ve also turned down other products and services but still welcomed with a smile. You’re being very petty about the situation. Don’t blame others for your lack of awareness PS. Maybe having a better personality won’t put as much stress on your testosterone levels

Attended a fundraiser at Pearl, what an awesome company! Ended up purchasing a membership. I had my 1st monthly appointment and it was incredible! Educated, fun, kind staff! Can't wait to go back next month!

Just got home from getting Radiesse fillers and Xeomin (preservative free Botox). Couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror on the way home! I’m 55 and I think this shaved a good 10 years off of my face already. Can’t wait to see the results as they peak. Pearl Medspa was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone is kind and inviting and I couldn’t speak any better of the experience. Everything looks totally natural - I just look like my younger self.

Such a beautiful place and calming atmosphere! I had a consultation with Christina about what treatments they offer and she explained the amazing membership they offer their patients which I am going to sign up for soon. Christina performed a Hydrafacial on me which felt incredible! My face felt very smooth after and I had a nice glow to my skin, I will definitely be back for more and I highly recommend asking for Christina, she’s amazing and very friendly!

My experience was exceptional! I have sensitive skin and am always reluctant to have any treatments done but the Silk Peel was perfect for me! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not salesy at all. Highly informative and listened to my skin concerns. I loved the products they used on my face too! Not overly perfumery and super light! I can’t wait to have this treatment done again!

Pearl Med Spa is able to customize what works best for each client, rather than selling what they have like many smaller spas. They have a wide variety of treatments and the expertise to use them effectively. After first going to two other med spas I was impressed with the recommendations and treatment plan I received at Pearl. They offered unique options that I had not heard of from the other spas. Pearl was the hands down winner for me! During my treatment I was made to feel very comfortable. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The spa itself is sparkling clean. I am pleased with the results I am seeing and glad to have Pearl as a go to option for my skin needs.

On a referral from a friend I went to Pearl Medspa in Scottsdale and saw April. She was really great. She's knowledgeable and has experience. She really listens to what you want and tells you how to achieve it. I will absolutely be back! The front office staff was also so sweet and helpful. They called a few days after my appointment to make sure I didn't have questions and that I was happy with the services I received. They also had a day of beauty sale that I took advantage of and saved a good amount on my service.

Recovery & Redemption - In my previous review I posted that I had received scars and that it was highly dangerous and damaging, the staff has reached out and we are slowly recovering trying to reduce the appearance of my scars, and I acknowledge the effort of the company for trying to correct the incident.

I've been coming here for quite a while now as laser hair removal is a long process. Some body areas are more of a challenge than others,which varies by person. Just gonna say that for my legs, this laser hair removal idea was THE best investment ever! And my laser tech is nice, professional and always friendly. Overall glad I did my research and chose this place. If you wanna feel like a million bucks when you leave a spa, come here. And this place is gorgeous.

Pearl Med Spa is the perfect place to get away and do you for a moment. The location in Scottsdale Arizona is spectacular, so clean and fresh. The staff is incredible nice and accommodating. They know what they are doing and how to do. I left with glowing skin. I will defiantly be recommending this place to everyone and will be going back as soon as I can.

Hands down the BEST results I've ever gotten with botox! The environment is gorgeous. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. In my 8 years of getting botox, no one has ever been able to raise my eyebrows as much as Pearl Med spa. Such amazing results!!

I have been seeing Stacey for my cystic acne for 3 treatments now & I have noticed a HUGE difference! Okay, HUGE is actually an understatement.. I suffer from really painful and swollen cystic acne and it really effects the way I feel about myself. Within just 1 treatment I noticed the swelling and the frequency of my breakouts diminish almost immediately. She takes her time with me and I feel like she is really listening to my skin's needs. Everyone I've met at the spa has been so incredibly helpful & sweet and the environment is so relaxing.

Want bumpy, uneven, poorly injected lips? This is the med spa for you. When the swelling on my lips went down post-injection I was left with multiple bumps/bubbles on my lips and they are also uneven. I've been getting my lips done for years and I have never had a bad experience with other injectors. Do not trust the pretty offices and sales pitches; it is not worth having to spend a lot of time and money to fix botch jobs.
