I have been coming to Pearl Med Spa for about five years. I love the membership program. It works out to be very affordable to get some pretty expensive treatments. It also keeps me accountable and my skin looks better now than it did 10 years ago. The gals are all very professional and very good at what they do. I appreciate K and Jordan and Pauline as well as Yulia. The customer service is exceptional and my skin looks great. They don’t push a lot of product and they take excellent care of me. I have recommended them so much my sister is a member, my girlfriends are members and one of my colleagues is a member. I’m a customer for life.

Edit 5/22: please do not go here unless you want to get botched. Their injectors have zero clue when it comes to anatomy of the face. They have absolutely no skill and will not listen to you. Please do not go here for filler. They didn’t offer me any type of satisfactory solution to their own poor work. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a natural look. A bit disappointed. In 2020 got lip filler at Thrive, and loved my results. After deciding to get filler at Pearl Medspa (in April 2021) because it was a bit cheaper I was left with disappointing results. I’ve gone in 2 or 3 times to talk about my issues over the past 3 months and have discussed dissolving, as the filler looks migrated (but was just injected poorly) and has totally changed my smile for the worse. I was told it’d be around $350 to dissolve which is pretty high compared to what I’ve seen other people pay (based on people’s reviews etc on realself and forums) , sometimes with injectors dissolving their botched work for free. I was told to just massage and take arnica, gaslighting me by saying it’s just swelling months later, but I really wish they would be more willing to fix work that is not satisfactory and very poorly done. I’ve been pretty easy going and understand that things happen but was not given appropriate solutions for the botched work. I will not be going back and will switch back to Thrive aesthetics. Other than that the nurses and ladies working are always lovely, helpful and polite.

I’ve been going to Pearl med spa for 4 years and I am very pleased with my results. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I recently went in for a treatment and Kay helped me. I was telling her about a cream that I loved but that is was discontinued. She looked up the ingredients and tried to find a similar product. I’m pleased with the product she recommended. I never feel pressured to purchase products or treatments.

I recently had some treatments done at this spa, and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My skin feels incredibly smooth and looks great. They provided clear aftercare instructions were very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this spa. (:

I can't recommend Pearl MedSpa enough! The staff is amazing. This is one of the only places I actually feel like they take the time to really listen, hear what I am looking to change, and then make it reality! They answered all of my questions up front and took the time to explain the procedures to me. I always look forward to my visits and am THRILLED with the results every time. I don't live close but will make the trip every time because of the high quality team and results I get from Pearl MedSpa. Can't wait to go back!

I've been a client of Pearl MedSpa for a few years now and have finally hit my breaking point. They constantly lie to their clients, raise prices without informing them, and do not follow through with what they say they will do. The only reason I have stayed with them is because I really like Connie, one of their technicians, but she left. Here are a few examples of the lies and deceptive practices they have used to make a sale: Telling me that they only used 1/2 a syringe of filler and I could save the rest for later use, but then claiming that they used the full syringe. Raising prices on a procedure by over 30% and not telling me until after. (from $450 to $650) Assuring me that they would provide a doctors note for my prescription as I am traveling, and not doing that. ...and that's just in the past month. I was told that their manager would be calling me to discuss and of course, that has not happened. If you do go here, just know that you are ONLY a walking wallet to them and they don't actually care a single bit about you, your personal needs, or your satisfaction.  Like 

I’ve been coming here for soo many years (don’t even remember how long) and it has always been a great experience. Connie and Payton always go out of their way to give me the best service. My friends and family who do not live in pdx are always jealous we have such an amazing Medspa here! I can not recommend enough. Especially ask them about their elite membership. What a deal!

Clean and nice facility, but I had filler done here on two separate occasions. I wasn’t happy either time. The second time my lips were completely uneven and didn’t look much fuller then from before. I spent $500 to be completely unhappy. I ended up calling to tell them I wasn’t happy and my lips were uneven and they did not offer any help besides I could pay $500 more to even them out. I ended up going elsewhere and my lips are gorgeous. Won’t be back.

I am extremely excited and so happy with my results! I recently received microneedling treatment, as well as some botox! I am so happy and can't wait for my next treatment. I have included some before and after photos so my review shows the amazing transformation of my dark, puffy circles. It's totally amazing!!!!! I wanted to have some sun spots removed and was pressured to sign a $1000 package, which had nothing to do with why I came in. I had several types of treatments, including 6 lazer but the spots are still here. I am out a few thousand dollars. They did not know how to remove the spots and seemed unable to tell me what to do. Instead, they just kept offering me treatment packages. I still have the spots. I wish they would have just been honest and reputable and told me that the spots could not be removed.

I would not recommend this med spa w so many other great options available. It has a very corporate culture. They focus on their bottom line over your satisfaction. I’ve seen this more than once and would be sad to have anyone else be subject to their poor customer service. Proceed w caution .

This private oasis in The Pearl district of Portland has ample public parking. Having identified myself as having an appointment, I was buzzed in at the private entrance door. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming, greeting me with authentic smiles and offering a beverage. There was no wait time for my scheduled appointment. The reception area is calming and upscale. I was reminded of Manhattan spa experiences. Connie came out personally to escort me to my consultation and Botox treatment. A highly professional, warm, intelligent aesthetician, Connie listened to my needs and immediately relaxed me. I have had 15+ botox visits in my life and this was the closest to pain FREE as ever. It was quick, effective, and left me no visible signs of injection or any discomfort at all. The results, well, I couldn't believe it. I saw them in the later evening, and the next day, as we know ladies, such a difference. Subtle, yes clear, and I'm grateful for finding Pearl Med Spa through a friend and smart signage. I cannot wait for my next service!

Pearl MedSpa used to be the hot place to go to for facial treatments, injectables, etc but they are so passé. Their customer service is horrid. The turnover, lack of experience and poor quality in terms of results is astounding. I’ve experienced completely ineffective IPL, Ultherapy, PDO lifts and other touted laser/skin treatments. When I’ve complained or asked for a call back, It has gone unanswered, falling on deaf ears. God forbid there is a “complication,” nobody cares, they immediately fall into CYA mode. I spoke to management today and was informed that they’ve been around for a 20 years and growing. They clearly explained how they are uninterested in their online reviews because they can simply ignore and fire unhappy people. I suppose there is always someone looking for cheap Botox (ie days of beauty) but let’s remember girls, you get what you pay for. Is this what you want for your face?

I have went to a few other places to have Botox and Fillers done for the last 8 years and , by far Pearl Med Spa is Top Notch !!! HANDS DOWN !!. From location, to staff to Theresa my injector and the ladies at the front desk !!!! Clean, friendly, professional and not stuffy! I highly recommend giving them a try.. They exceeded my expectations !

I’ve been to Pearl MedSpa pretty consistently over the last 7 years - I wouldn’t continue to come back if the service or the treatments were poor. In fact I keep returning because they are great at what they do. More importantly they take great care of my needs and exceed my expectations each time. I highly recommend Pearl MedSpa to everyone.

Really disappointed. Paid the most expensive price I have ever paid for botox at 15 dollars per unit. Had 44 units although quite harsh sales tactics were used to try and push me into buying 60 units. I thought I would go ahead regardless as the place looks the part. After 44 units I still have full movement and evident wrinkles still. Usually I only have around 20-30 and it lasts for ages and no movement, no wrinkles. I'm 36 and healthy so not too far along the aging process just yet so don't need much usually. However a month later its like I never even had any and it cost me dearly. I have no idea what was used or how much. I did not see the vial. I'm too trusting for my own good feel like it wasn't an honest transaction at all

First time getting Botox here was fine. Second time the Botox took zero affect they wouldn’t compensate. Rudely said I was getting older and that’s why it didn’t take effect-was only 6 months later. I went to Skin by lovely and got the same amount of Botox as I did at Pearl Medspa and it worked great. Not sure if they are deluding Botox or what? I also got lip injections 3 times within one year it only lasted about 4weeks each time. I was told I have a high metabolism and to try Vollure or Voluma. I asked if they could compensate due to the juvederm not being affective. (I would have been fine with any sort of discount 5%-10%) however they declined compensation. I went to Skin By Lovely and they said that Vollure should never be put into lips and they were shocked that was even recommended. Vollure is used to treat moderate to severe lines in the lower face. Specifically, nasal labial folds and marionette lines. After knowing that I’m glad I left Pearl Medspa. My friend went in to fix a bump on her lip from receiving lip injections and the tech said she made a “Deluded“ formula that dissolves juvadurm to fix the bump. This proves they are messing with the formulas. Not trustworthy, there is something shady is going on here. I’ll never go back again. EMAIL from Pearl Medspa: Hello Heather, I have been trying to reach you but you voicemail is full. I apologize for the delay in response to you filler concerns. As we talked about last time you were in it is recommended to try a different type of filler that will last longer. After reaching out to our rep and reviewing your photos it is suggested to try Vollure or Voluma. It is common for patients with higher metabolisms to process their filler much faster than average. We are unable to comp any filler for you. Vollure lasts 18 months, the price is 695 and Voluma lasts up to 2 years, the price is 895. The vycross technology of these two products are much stronger and it is harder for the body to break down which would be best for you in future. Hope this helps! I have been going to Pearl Medspa for about 5 years now with mixed feelings about them overall. The girls that work up front and doing treatments are so sweet and skilled at their craft however the customer service if a problem does arise is basically zero. Having spend thousands of dollars here it is disappointing that I don’t feel very valued as a customer and was treated poorly when I tried to get a treatment issue resolved.

Just went to Pearl Med Spa for my first time today. I was extremely impressed with the location, staff, services, and pricing. Ashley and the receptionist were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their services. This was the third place I had gone to for laser hair removal consultation and I knew instantly that this was the one. If you are in the market for laser hair removal or any other cosmetic services that they offer, I would highly recommend this spa!

The place is clean, classy and comfortable to be in. All of the staff have been welcoming, courteous, and professional. They have great affordable deals and specials happening quite a bit so this part was great, and the treatment outcomes were phenomenal.
