I visited this nail salon as my regular technician was fully booked, and unfortunately, this was the most painful manicure experience I've ever had. While the staff member was personally pleasant, the service had significant problems: - My cuticles were severely over-trimmed, causing multiple fingers pain and bleeding - The salon did not have my first or second color choice, indicating poor inventory management - Paid $75 (before tip) for a service that was both painful and substandard The excessive cuticle trimming was not just uncomfortable but potentially harmful. Proper nail care should never result in bleeding or pain. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I am particularly concerned about the lack of proper sanitary practices, both for myself and other customers. For instance, the chrome powder was applied using a previously used sponge applicator, which is unhygienic. Additionally, the powder should have been poured into a separate container for application, with any excess discarded, rather than repeatedly dipping into the same container and risking further contamination.

First salon that I have been to where they include cutting cuticles back with their nail services. Every place I’ve gone it looks like the nails already have 2 weeks growth on them when they’re finished. I will go back again. 😊

I have never been so disappointed and ripped off at a salon. Was really looking forward to a manicure and pedicure for myself and my husband, prior to my surgery where I would be down for a month. I didn't even let them do my manicure because my pedicure was so terrible. My nails were completely crooked, cuticles were not pushed down, dead skin left on the toes, the pedicures were rushed, there was barely any cutting, a 2-second buffing where my skin is still rough on the bottom of my feet and polish left off of the sides of my nails, which I SPECIFICALLY told her I'm picky about, she didn't even paint the top of one of my toenails, you can still see the natural nail. My husband's pedicure was just as bad as you can see from the photos crooked nails that looks like he cut them himself and no filing clearly, and dead skin left all over. I'm very particular about my toenails being the same length and she cut them way too short to begin with and then I had to go home and re-cut my nails and file them and cut them down way shorter than I like just to even them up. Completely disappointed and I will never be back. What a rip-off for $120! Don't waste your money.

I have been going to pearls for years and will not be back. The person who did my nails humiliated me and overcharged me. The language barrier I suppose is funnt to some but I will some where else to spend my money

Gotta love the 20 min pedi! What happened to Pearl's? They suck anymore, sitting here with a cool towel on ONE LEG" supposed to be "hot towels" but you get one cold towel! Can't even tell I had a Pedi! Can't anyone do their job anymore?????

I loved the pedicure and atmosphere of the shop, first time here. I got a French tip on my toes and I asked for the toes to be a pink with a white tip. There must have been a language barrier or the person who did the pedicure did not tell the person who polished my toes. They are pretty but not what I wanted and I paid extra for the French tips. Very frustrated as there was a language issue throughout the appointment.

Had a horrible experience..went in on 8/10 was leaving for Miami 8/11 .. didn’t realize it was past the gene Snyder… which is 30 min away from where I live.. I’m figuring they get predominantly white clientele…at least thats what I saw when I went in .. anyway the older elderly lady ((I only say elderly cause she looked older than the rest of the staff and she had sort of a limp when she walked))that works there starts on my pedicure .. she began to roughly handle my feet … pushing my legs and gesturing for me to put my feet in the water … then she rubbed my legs in a up and down motion so quick … I was thinking … is this supposed to be my massage ??!! The other workers we’re gently massaging and taking their time with their customers. After pulling and tugging on my feet and legs .. I eventually told her to stop .. because I could FEEL and TELL that she DID NOT WANT TO do my pedicure.. I told her to just stop! … I was like “just stop ma’am” After I told her to stop they all started chattering speaking a different language and asking what was wrong ., and I apologized to them letting them know I don’t usually get like that but I could tell, that the lady that was doing my pedicure didn’t want to do it ! .. they did apologize and had someone else to do my pedicure .. but it just wasn’t worth it .. especially paying $114 dollars.. will never go there again

I go here on a regular basis, the tech Tammy was great, but I believe they used old polish on me, generally I have a wide arrange of polish to choose from, today was just a handful. Generally they bring over a set today was one bottle and the undercoat and top coat was from her drawer, the polish was thick and I saw the streaks once I left. My nails are very thick and not what I am used too.

I was not originally going to say anything, but 4 days later and I still have pain from my (regular polish spa) pedicure. I used to come to this location quite a bit before it was remodeled and never had any issues whatsoever. This time, the technician used the electric drill until my nails were burning. I’ve never had someone use the drill like that before and never experienced pain like that during a pedicure. The scrubbing bar was roughly scraped all over the tops of my feet and for some reason she was cutting skin off the bottom of my big toe? I don’t have callouses and it still hurts to walk where she did that! When cleaning the lotion off my legs the water was scalding hot! But the tub water was ice cold. The polish was coming off the next day and but I will take my losses and go somewhere else. Totally disappointed in something that for me is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Not only was it a bad experience, but I’m worried that my nails are damaged. Edited to add- my nail is completely spitting off after this pedicure.

What can I say!!🔥 Pearl's Nails and Spa is the greatest!! I have no complaints and if I did they fix them immediately! No One can ever say they had a problem there because they are willing to take their medicine!!I love them, they pay attention to detail, they are artistic, and they are reasonable for the price of today!! I am on a strict budget but they are well worth that time and money! In fact, my wonderful Nail Tech Kelly can do anything even if you bring her a picture! I love her! She is very sweet and professional! She is one of my joys every month and can't wait to see her on my monthly trip!!
