The first time I’ve gone to a nail shop and not be disappointed with something! I didn’t get the lady’s name of who did my pedicure, but she was so sweet! Tao did my nails and let me just say - she did her THING! She kept making sure everything was to my liking, very attentive to detail, and just all around amazing! I definitely recommend visiting this spot!

Ashamed what happened to me today because this was not my first time coming here. What happened today was embarrassing. To make a long story short, this was complete discrimination. After getting a pedicure, the next lady started my manicure & just after she finished my first clear coat, she asked if I had money. I’m confused so I say yes, and she tells me to pay now. She hasn’t even finished my manicure and I told her I have money to pay and get confused. I’ve never had to pay for my nails BEFORE having them completed. She walks around the table, GRABS MY PURSE, and tries to open it. I’m watching her, I grab my purse from her hands since she’s clearly struggling to open the zipper, & I take out the $65 she requests. She clearly sees I have a lot of cash, and her expression changes slightly. I do not know what this lady was thinking or the owner that told her to get my cash (since I heard them communicating back and forth while requesting I pay) but this was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The ladies sitting behind me paid after their service was complete. The next lady paid after she was finished. Why was I the only one who had to pay before my nail service was completed? I felt so embarrassed. **PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT/BEHAVIOR.**

Always friendly, Lina and Helen are super and always do a good job. Call ahead for appt, otherwise expect to wait as they are good and have consistent clientele and stay busy.

debated leaving this review, but was peeling the sticker off and apple and my nail is so damaged it bent backwards. they e-filed my nails so thin. the day after getting a gel manicure done, my nail cracked in half and i am still growing it out. it was actually bleeding the other day. all of my nails bend at the slightest pressure and i have them clipped as short as possible right now to prevent breakage. i’ve had three break so far after my last manicure. have been doing my own nails for quite a while and NEVER had this problem. thought i would treat myself and get a mani/pedi. regret it, my fingernails hurt so bad all the time lmao. decent place for pedicures, wouldn’t go for a manicure though.

Have been to various nail salons and this is by far the best! Great prices, their technique is amazing and my nails tend to last more than three weeks without falling. Van did this nail design on me and she’s the technician I usually do my nails with. Recommend her 100% if you’re thinking of coming here.

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. I’m not a person that writes bad reviews but this salon makes you waste your time every time! 1st. time I came here they cut me in two different spots making me bleed. Today, I decided to give them another chance because the salon is very close to my office. I arrive and they ask me to have a seat and wait 5 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes while they kept servicing women that came in AFTER me. Without saying anything just “we’ll be with you soon”. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I went here for a service, and the lady told me to come back later rudely in front of everyone, saying she doesn’t have time for me. But was not even doing anyone while other staff laughed about how she treated me.Then tells me to go to the back so she can do my service. On top of that while she is doing my wax she asks if I need my nails done and ask if I want to leave tip. I will never come back here again. If I can leave 0 stars I would

Unfortunately, don’t recommend. I called ahead to see how busy they were and was told I would be seen as soon as I got there. As you can tell by the star rating that didn’t happen. After waiting 30 minutes to be seen, the lady doing my nails stopped in the middle of my session to go take care of another customer that came in after me because she was threatening to leave. Two people that came in after me were also seen before me so I left after she removed gel polish from only one of my hands. There are great nail salons out there with good customer service but this one is not one of those places.

The last time I went, I got a pedicure. The nail tech did a great job until she applied the polish. She only applied 1 coat of the polish and when I got home and did a close inspection, there was polish all over my toes. The time before that I got mani/pedi with gel. The pedi was perfect. The mani was AWFUL. she didnt apply the color to the entire nail. This place is super convenient but I'm going to have to find another salon. I've given this place several chances but I'm no longer paying for poor quality. So disappointed. They get you by having the tv turned onto the food channel and all eyes are glued on the tv instead of what's happening in real life. Cute trick.

Worst place to go to!!! They did my little sister toes and she told them she doesn’t like them, they still made her pay for them so once I went in and told them that’s not how she wanted them they were too big and too bulky. I asked for the manager number they told me no and they told my sister she can’t get her refund after she paid for what she didn’t like
