Lily and Josh took care of me and my husband and it was the BEST pedicure we have ever had. I also got a manicure done and for the first time ever I got natural nails instead of acrylics and they look so beautiful and natural I am obsessed. The massage was very relaxing the conversation was good but not too much or overstimulating. I am just so happy to have received good service. Thank you Lily and Josh we will be back once a month :)

The worst experience I ever had in a nail shop in my LIFE! I went to get a pedicure! Paid $55 and a $5 tip at 10am Monday morning! Tuesday morning (the next day ) at 10Am all of my gel polish was OFF my toenails! I immediately went back to Pearls & informed them-the lady at front said oh yeah other customers returned as well. The light for the gel nail was not Hot enough- we fix for you- I said well how do I know it won’t happen again if the light wasn’t hot enough? Why waste my time getting down again? She said no we use different light machine- I’m like ok- she never apologized for the inconvenience- I work a 12 hr job, my time is precious and so is my coins! She never ever apologized- and had an I don’t care attitude, later that day she texted a customer who is a friend of mine and talked about me and said I was the one who was rude! (This person referred me there but said to only use 2 people-ONLY) why have a nail shop and only 2 people can do nails there!!! As I was walking out I saw the manager- I told her what happen I told her I understand about the machine. It putting off enough light but the lady inside was rude and unapologetic- I chose to spend my hard earned $60 with your salon for 1 pedicure! She looked down at my feet and said “your toes need another coat” I was flabbergasted - there is no way I’m going back in there for a 3rd time even tho I know she just wanted to make things right- she still knew from looking at my feet that it wasn’t right! But the lady inside felt the need to talk about me with another client on their cell phone as if I wouldn’t be upset about this! Never again!

Went to get a pedicure and a full set. When I walked in, I had to stand there looking lost for a minute before I was somewhat guided on where to go. Once I got to the pedicure area in the back, I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to start on my feet. The water was cold and I was anxious. They asked what pedicure I wanted but I told them I didn't know bc I've never been there before. Then they handed me a book to choose an option. I asked them how long it would take for a pedicure and full set bc I had to leave to pick my child up at 5. They assured me I could get a pedicure and offered a nail refill to get me out by 4:30pm so I proceeded with services. The guy literally spent 15 minutes on my feet. I was very disappointed. Then when I went to the front to get my nails done, the women very rudely informed me that they did not have time to do my nails before 4:30pm even after I was told otherwise. I asked if they could do them by 4:45 and they still said no. So I got to leave with my toes and nails mismatched and unfinished. The customer service sucks! Needless to say I was livid and will not go back here! Don't waste your time ladies. Go to OMG Nails, they are the best!

I thought this would be a really great place and was excited to go however the experience was not what I am used to. I explained I would need help picking the right color and had a picture. It took 6 tries and i kept telling him it was too dark but alas they couldn’t match it. The employees were busy and i completely get it but not very personable. The manager (I assume) scolded the employees in front of everyone and the whole aura was very depressing. I will find another place to go.

The only place we go for nail service. Took my mom for a birthday pedi and they miraculously had a couple chairs open. My parents love Ms. Snow... they'll wait for her.

I was recently in on Tuesday, July 25. I treated myself to a color changing gel mani/pedi before vacation. On Thursday July 27, my thumb nail polish completely peeled off. I was doing laundry. Nothing super intense. I came in and had my thumb repainted. Now, Sunday, on the first day of vacation, four different nails peeled off while I was washing my hair in the shower. This is very disappointing. I reached out to the business on their Facebook messager twice and never received a response. Time to find a new salon.

Will never come here again. Waited 35 minutes, only two customers. Customer came in after me and they helped them before me. Then the pedi and mani was a joke.

Wonderful. I will definitely return. I enjoyed a $45 Pedicure with the hit flat black stones. OMG my feet and legs felt amazing which in turn made me relax and enjoy my time getting pampered for my 1st time ever. I also got my nails done. I got the dip method done with a color in the powder. Amazing. Thank you very much for a memorable experience.

I went in there last night for a gel polish. The man at the front told me it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait which I was fine with. Other than that, no one said anything to me. I had to ask where to sit. I picked out my polish and waited. Another person came in after me after I waited about 25 minutes and they started on her nails and another manicurist was playing on her phone the majority of the time I was there. After 25 to 30 minutes I walked out and went to Tracy’s where I had my nails done immediately and was finished in 30 minutes. Never going to this place again as they are not concerned about customer service at all. I rarely do reviews, but this was a BIG waste of my time.

Sat waiting for a hour to get my nails done. People walked in after me and they immediately started on their nails. This was multiple not just one. I do understand people are short staffed but there was no reason 3 r 4 people should have been started on before me. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in the door the staff seemed happy with me leaving, definitely will not go back. I want to add it was nowhere near closing time it was early afternoon so that was no excuse. It seemed as if you’re not a regular they don’t want to help you.

This place used to be my go to out of all the nail salons. Not anymore!!! Service sucks. Sat there yesterday and today and never got my nail fixed!! It’s just one nail!!! I won’t be back

We went in here to get mine and my daughters nails and feet done for our Birthday and we stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and then when they asked my daughter what she wanted she showed them a picture and they was rude to her and told her that she needed to make an appointment for something that complicated but very rude and disrespectful towards her. All she wanted was to get something cute with designs on her nails for 18th birthday. Did not like how we was ignored at first and then treated with so much disrespect

Before I start my review: GO TO FAMILY NAILS AND SPA! They are only 3 minutes up the road from here and have many more gorgeous colors to choose from plus they have excellent customer service! I’m new in town and came here to try them out. It’s 11am so it’s not busy at all. I was pretty much the only person in there aside from one or two other customers. The employees were literally doing each other’s nails and talking when I walked in, but didn’t even have to decency or respect to guide me to where I needed to go. They just pointed me all around the place saying “sit there” “get polish there” and I had to ask which seat they were randomly pointing at so all the seats were open! Then I sat there waiting for 10 -15 min while they were behind be still doing each other’s nails and literally standing and looking while they were doing the other persons nails. I got up and said “I’ll come back when you all are less busy.” Then all of the sudden the one that was standing at watching the other employee get her nails done said “Oh I can come do your nails now” but of course I said no, thanks. And left. Not going back. Don’t waste my time when I’m trying to give YOU my money!
