Parece que yo me lo había hecho, pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo y eso que solo eran unas ondas , está bien por ellos, solución: jamás vuelvo a ir !!

I request layers, as soon as I say in the chair I should’ve walked out, she sat me down and didn’t even wash my hair. She then proceeded to cut my hair dry and my hair was a bit tangled and she still cut it like that without detailing first.. first and last time, will never go there again! It literally deserves 0 starts! Don’t recommend for anyone! Also for $35 I deserved a wash first, never been to a salon that doesn’t wash hair first.

Beautiful!! Found them via google maps for closest salon, I gave them a call and they're OPEN on Sunday!!! a lovely, stylish woman I assume the owner? washed, cut n styled my hair in less than an hour I think (I have long hair) it seemed like no time at all- Beautiful layered cut, I go to check out and she says: "$55.00, please" ExCUSE ME?? what is this, 1980s?? wow! She's under-pricing herself. I want to post picture of my hair later on god willing

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE! I asked for a Lisa Lisa inspired hair cut, but the female worker who spoke Spanish cut my hair into a mullet!!!! Now I look Joe Dirt!

I was hoping for the best and went to this shop, charged $350 for highlights and left with hair dye all over my face and cried in my car before pulling out the lot. Stylist was trying to make as much money as possible while I was also in the chair. Moving just to have her seat open and have walk in clients be seated. Worst experience ever. What I asked for vs what I got.

Website describes facility as Latino owned, yet my wife wasn’t able to make an appointment because no one was available to speak Spanish. May be Latino owned but it’s not español friendly.

If you are thinking about taking an elderly person to have their hair done... DONT". I took my grandmother and my mother to have their hair permed and cut and ELIDA did a terrible terrible job. She left my mother's hair very crooked and she left my grandmother unattended with perm solution in her hair while she went to cut someone else's hair. With that being said she had over processed her hair. When she went back to her she rinsed the solution off of her but left her soaked. My grandmother told her that she would like to comb her hair herself. When she pulled out her comb she took it from my grandmother and showed her co workers the comb and made a comment that those were very old combs and no one used them anymore. They all laughed at that. My grandmother is 94 and frail and would never hurt anyone's feelings that way...or any way. She had mentioned this to me today but also let me know this was not the first time that she had been humiliated by her. If you do decide to use this establishment stay with the person you took..not that it would make their hair any better but to make sure they are not mis treated. The perm was terrible by the way and crooked.
