Great experience! It was my first massage so I was nervous but Eric was a professional, explained each step, and put me at ease. The environment was calm and welcoming with great front office staff. Plus size friendly massage table and honored my privacy. Convenient location while staying at the Galt House.

Great spot! Massage services were amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only thing, the bathroom was out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. In both showers. Either way, will definitely be back.

I recently visited Pelo West Spa at the Galt House in Kentucky, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we walked in, Nema provided outstanding customer service, making us feel welcomed and valued. The highlight of our visit was definitely the hot stone massages from therapists Kate and Jessica. They were simply phenomenal! Both my best friend and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. This spa has definitely earned a loyal customer in us; we will always choose Pelo whenever we're in the area. Highly recommend!

Visited Pelo west for a couple’s massage with my wife. We were given complementary drinks and a 30 minute sauna session before our massage. Excellent service and great experience!

It was great!! This experience is really worth it for you and your partner. They treat you so well even at the front desk. We got champagne while we waited, the sauna after our massage was just the cherry on top. Definitely going back.

I’ve been following Jenna on her journey from different salons for almost 10 years. She’s a fantastic stylist and a wizard with color. Her new salon, Pelo West is definitely my favorite and seems to be the perfect fit! The vibes are immaculate and all the staff is so friendly. Definitely recommend
