***Spanish*** Pésimo servicio al cliente. Programé mi cita con anticipación para hoy a las 3:00 p.m. Tres días antes, recibí un mensaje para confirmar, pero decía que mi cita era a las 3:15 p.m. (aunque no era la hora original, no le di importancia). Confirmé la cita, pero 15 minutos antes recibí varias llamadas diciendo que debía reprogramarla porque supuestamente no confirmé el mensaje de texto y, además, el estilista tenía un asunto personal que atender. Ya estaba de camino cuando vi las llamadas perdidas y los mensajes, así que llamé preocupada porque no entendía la situación. Me repitieron lo mismo: que no confirmé. Pregunté si era por eso o por el asunto personal del estilista, porque no me quedaba claro. Me dijeron que era por la falta de confirmación, a lo que respondí que ya estaba en camino y que no estaba bien lo que estaban haciendo. Sin embargo, insistieron en que debía reprogramar. Les pregunté por qué no me llamaron con más antelación, incluso el día anterior, y me dijeron que comenzaron a llamarme temprano, lo cual no es cierto, ya que solo tenía llamadas perdidas de los últimos 15 minutos. Finalmente, agradecí pero les informé que no iba a reprogramar. Es una falta de respeto y seriedad hacia el cliente. ***English*** Terrible customer service. I scheduled my appointment in advance for today at 3:00 PM. Three days prior, I received a message to confirm the appointment, but it stated my appointment was at 3:15 PM (not the original time, but I didn’t mind). I confirmed the appointment, only to receive calls 15 minutes before my appointment saying it had to be rescheduled because I supposedly didn’t confirm the text, and now the stylist had a personal matter to attend to. I was already on my way to the appointment, saw the missed calls and texts, and called back concerned because I didn’t understand what was going on. They repeated the same story. I asked, was it because I didn’t confirm, or because the stylist now had a personal matter? I didn’t understand. They told me it was because I didn’t confirm, and I said I was already on my way. They said no, the appointment had to be rescheduled! I asked why they didn’t call me earlier, even yesterday, when they saw I hadn’t confirmed, and they told me they had started calling early. This wasn’t true because I only had missed calls from the last 15 minutes. I thanked them but said I wouldn’t be rescheduling. Such a lack of respect and professionalism towards the client!

Horrible experience. I went there for the first time referred by a friend, so I was looking forward to getting a good haircut; however, the stylist Hector was very unwelcoming. I felt a bad vibe the very first moment he saw me, even making me feel as if he were mad at me for something even before meeting me, so I did not even dare to strike a conversation with him. It seems like he was in a bad mood about something that had ocurred with one of his coworkers prior to my arrival as he did mention something about “not wanting to work with her anymore”. However, his rage passed over onto me as he attended me with a very bad attitude, being very violent and pulling my hair as he was cutting. I was frightened because I felt like he was going to leave me bald. Very traumatizing and horrible experience, will not be back. You can be the very best at your job, but that does not give you any right to mistreat people.

For starters I’d like to say the lash specialist is amazing I’ve been going to her for years and I can honestly say her work and dedication speak for themselves. She’s amazing for everyday lashes or if you have an upcoming event or etc. she’s very talented and has many years of experience and practice. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Ayer visité Trends y me Hize las pestañas ; quedé muy contenta con el resultado! Let me start by saying that my experience with Trends Beauty Center was nothing short of disappointing. I went in for a simple haircut and left with a disaster on my head. The stylist clearly lacked the necessary skills to deliver an even cut, as the right side layers were noticeably shorter than the left. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they asked me to come back for a fix. To my dismay, not only did they fail to correct their mistake, but they also had the audacity to charge me an extra $40 for their botched attempt. It's safe to say that Trends Beauty Center falls far below any acceptable standards when it comes to hair services.

Nunca vayas a este salon. Las cuatro veces que he ido he tenido un problema, especificamente con la recepcionista que esta de Lunes a viernes. Hice una cita para acrilic nails este Martes 6 de junio y cuando llegué después de una viaje hasta allá de 35 mins , la recepcionista me dice que no hay ninguna manicurista que me pueda hacer las uñas acrilicas. Nunca recibí ninguna llamada en dias anteriores de aviso. Se supone que es responsabilidad de la recepcionista atender los clientes, citas y casos . Pero ella ni siquieres trato de resolver. Sin embargo , doy una estrella única y exclusivamente para las manicuristas, peluquer@s , etc.. son muy buenos. Pero por una persona se perdió un cliente que es justamente la que da la cara al público.

The quality of this place has decreased enormously. Why even bother explaining how would you like your hair cut if the hair dresser just makes it up. I keep trying to give this place another try because people are nice, but every time I leave all I have are regrets. Never had an uglier haircut in my life. Manicures also take hours. Don’t waste your time. Wouldn’t recommend
