It was my first time in, I really liked the atmosphere and how quiet and chill it was. I just watched YouTube and she was very quick. A few $$ more than I paid before at my other place but I’ll continue going back here because of the quickness and easy going atmosphere! I wish I would’ve gotten my girl’s name but she was great too! I came in on a Thursday about 5:30 pm

I’ve been coming here since November 2022, before that I hadn’t been to a nail shop in 4years! I had such a bad experience at the previous place that I had went to and I told myself never again! Well this one day in particular, my son had driving school next door and I needed somewhere to pass by time. I went in with my two daughters. It turned out to be the best experience. I even ended up calling my mother to come up there and get fixed up too! My nail tech did not hurt my hands/fingers and everything was pleasant snd clean. I even got a pedicure (with the lava and I must say it was very refreshing) and my eye brows done! Since then, I’ve came back regularly. Even though I do drive a ways to get to them, it’s totally worth it.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for awhile now and I’ve never been disappointed! It is family owned and operated and the owners and nail technicians are all so nice. They do a great job and have reasonable prices. They even have a rewards card to earn a free service! They have a great variety of colors and services and my gel manicures always last. Would highly recommend stopping in the next time you need nail services!

I called ahead to make sure I came in with no appointment and they were more then happy to have us and told me to come in whenever convenient and were very friendly and my girlfriend wanted a pedicure and talked me into getting one. It was overall a wonderful experience! Thank y'all very much

I called. Made an appointment for 2 people. They gave me the time that would work best for them. Waited 15 just for them to get to one of us. 45 min later they were able to get to second person. Frustrated.

I thought it was gonna be a good experience at this nail salon. I got dip powder acrylic nails for the first time, showed them a pic of what I wanted, & apparently it seemed like they did a good job. However when I arrived home, it turns out my nails are glow in the dark. I called, they told me they forgot to tell me & even worse they said since it wasn’t dark at the nail salon they couldn’t tell me it was glow in the dark. I feel they should have more knowledge of their own products & have the care to tell customers what they are getting. They said they couldn’t refund my money, & I just don’t think it’s right. If you ask me, Find yourself a more professional nail salon.

I usually like to visit a few times before I review and I've been here about 4 times if not more. I always show her a photo of what I hope to get and they do an AMAZING job! Pricing is great, great color selection. Everyone is so nice and pleasant as well. I will continue to return for sure.

The staff at Penn Spa Nails is fantastic. I stopped in while out of town for a pedicure, and ended up adding a manicure since they did such a great job. Everything was excellent, and they did a very good job cleaning and sanitizing before and after my service.

My nails are chipped after 4 days of receiving dip powder. This is not normal and very unacceptable. I made a special trip here because of a recommendation, but was sorely disappointed in the end. I'm trying to find a new salon, but this didn't make the cut. Now I will have to find a place to repair the work done.
