Wow! What a wonderful experience. Not only did I leave there with the best cut I've ever had, but the atmosphere at Penny's is top notch. If you're not utterly pleased with whomever you go to now, I suggest giving Penny a visit. I'm definitely a new customer for life...

She is absolutely the BEST hairdresser in Cincinnati. My mom was a beautician who had passed away many years ago and I thought I would never find someone to cut my hair like my mother did. I am so thankful I found Penny she is so kind and really cares about her customers. My fine hair has never looked more glamorous and the vibe in her salon totally matches.

Penny has 30 years plus of experience and she flat knows and LOVES her craft. Highly recommend for any type cut, style or coloring. It has been a very long time since I have met a stylist who takes great pride in what they do and is actually terrific at it. I will be back and I look forward to her getting my hair back in the shape I have been looking to sport around.

I was referred to Penny by a friend who has been going to her for years. Penny is one of the sweetest people I have met. She knows so much about hair and color options. She was able to look at a picture of the style and color combination (violet) I wanted and made my hair look exactly like I asked. I have been back several times in the 6 months since my first appointment for a trim and more color. I have recommended Penny to other friends. Not only is she my stylist, I'm proud to call Penny a friend! Thanks Penny. I love what you did to my hair today. You rock! See you in a few weeks.

Penny is very unprofessional. You never know what kind of mood she’s going to be in. I tried to schedule my appointments when I knew she would be gone. The way she talked to and treated her renters was horrible. She couldn’t keep anybody for long. She would talk horrible about clients then be so nice to their face. She talked horrible about her people who rented booth space to the other renters. So happy my stylist finally left. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody unless you thrive on drama. Congratulations to all who have walked out!!!!
