Do NOT go here. I came in to dye my long hair brown over my blonde and left with red hair and almost a bob. I had a blonde balayage and my hair was longer than my hips, I asked to just dye over it with my natural root color and my hair ended up being red when I have dark brown hair. Then she proceeded to ignore my statement on not wanting to cut my hair, I said she could cut my ENDS after her insisting and she cut off inches off of my hair. I left devastated, the color didn’t really matter to me but my hair takes a long time to grow back and she messed up my growth completely, the cut is choppy and uneven and definitely not what I went into the shop wanting.

Don't use this salon, they butchered both of daughters' hair. Asked for bangs on the youngest and they cut her hair all lopsided. My 16 year old asked for a hair cut and this woman did something totally different. When my daughter showed her the picture of what she wanted the woman looked confused then shrugged. If you don't know how to cut hair what are you doing working at a hair salon?! Wish I could give 0 stars

I USED TO VISIT PEREZ HAIR DESIGN A FEW DECADES AGO & I'M NOT SURPRISED THAT THEY CONTINUE TO THRIVE & GO ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION !!! IF I DIDN'T SHAVE MY OWN HAIR BALD, I WOULD DEFINITELY BE A CURRENT CUSTOMER, HAPPILY SITTING FOR A HAIR STYLING ADVENTURE WITH CESAR !!!

the BEST place to get your hair done. cesar and omayra are just wonderful people. they always give great cuts and beyond that, they’re such warm, kind people. the both of them have beautiful hearts and great talent. i cant speak highly enough about these two and their business. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Best hair cut I have had since the one I had in 2018 in WA state; Nora is the best cutter for my short hair. I have several small chunks of hair growing at the neck area in different directions ie cow licks. Nora and I discussed the approach she thought would work best for my type of hair. I agreed with her. Very satisfied with the outcome!

Had a great haircut, got the exact cut that I wanted, it looks great and had a great convo with the owners during the process which was smooth, pleasant, and easy going. Ive been here twice on a whim and both times these ladies have done an amazing job with my hair. I leave 100% satisfied eveytime. I look forward to coming here on a regular basis. 👍👍 Great Raquel did a wonderful job on my nephew's hair cut.

Very friendly people. Very talented stylist and colorist. I’m new to Austin and was nervous trying a new stylist Norma gave me an excellent Haircut and did exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend this salon

I came to the salon at 6p when online says they close at 7p & their door also says they close at 7p. Someone just stared at me through the window, closed the blinds, and locked the door. Very rude. Should definitely update their hours. Never trying to come back again and hope yall go out of business ❤️
