Absolutely love this nail salon! Jackie is incredibly talented and always willing to bring my creative ideas to life, ensuring every set looks stunning. My husband gets his manicures with Mimi, who is not only meticulous but also so kind and personable. The owners are warm, welcoming, and create such a positive atmosphere every time we visit. I’ve been thrilled with all my sets this year, but my Christmas nails were truly a masterpiece—Jackie outdid herself! The photos don’t even do them justice. The attention to detail, quality of work, and friendly environment make this salon stand out. If you’re looking for a place where your nails look fabulous and you feel valued as a client, this is it! Highly recommend.

I absolutely loveeee Jan and her work. she listens when you ask her to change something without arguing with you, and she even thanks you for telling her! the sweetest lady ever. not to mention her work is extremely delicate and detailed and very very clean and beautiful. i’m a very picky person, and she’s the only one i’ll ever go to! my nails look gorgeous every single time. Highly recommend her, here are my most recent nails. very smooth base and perfectly shaped.

Quick efficient, nice and clean, decent prices. It’s been about 2 weeks since I went and the gel is lifting from the bottom of my nails. It get stuck in my hair when putting it up. Usually my gel nails last longer than 2 weeks.

Review on pedicure only! This place is my go to spot. Make sure to book an appointment because they’re usually busy, especially on weekends. They’re attentive and kind, and I appreciate that they spend good time on my husband’s pedicure as well. Some places are weird about men’s feet. Love Perfect 10! They take care, but remember to bring cash for tip!

They for the most part do everything that I want. In the second picture the only thing I would change is the acrylic color. I asked for pink but she gave me nude. But everything else is very nice

This is my nail after just two days. I previously tried hard gel here, which also chipped, so I thought a basic nail polish would be a better option this time—but it turned out even worse, as you can see in the picture. I even sat there for an hour to make sure it was fully dried, which is just ridiculous.

Worst nail salon experience ever. I’ve given this place multiple chances, hoping it would improve, but it only disappoints me time and again. See the attached pictures for what I asked for versus what they delivered. The design is painfully asymmetrical and untidy, with noticeable bulges on every tip. The manicurist did an awful job and even over-filed my nails to the point where I bled. Instead of apologizing, she used a dirty brush to apply some yellow powder to the wound and carried on with her work. Throughout the session, she continued chatting and laughing in a language I couldn’t understand, which made me feel uncomfortable. At the end, she slapped some moisturizer on my hand, gave it three swipes, wiped off the excess, and said I was done. When I pointed out the glitter mess all over the edges of my nails, she casually said it would come off when I washed my hands. I paid a whopping $75 for this shoddy, careless work. This salon has the worst service, inconsiderate staff, and a completely ‘don’t care’ attitude. I will never go back.

I drove to San Jose from Oakland after seeing my coworker had a fresh full set asked her where she floor them done and she raved about her Perfect 10 expeI loved my nails. I loved the experience. There are a lot of places nearby to venture out to after your appointment or before. Make sure you call beforehand to book an appointment. Space is limited considering the National pandemic. Overall, I Appreciate the COVID-19 precautions. Ha did a great job executing. I definitely would return.

Today was third time for me to go to this salon. After 15 years of going to my nail person, she sold her salon and made me go to a new place. All 3 times I was happy and satisfied. First time with Hannah and the last two times with Hailey. Both work well and nice. Thank you for making my nails beautiful.

Took my wife for a mani, pedi. The experience was overall okay in the salon. My wife really enjoyed the hot stones during the pedicure. They forgot to do my wifes manicure and then realized when we were just going to pay and leave. Then my wife did gel for her nails and they are already peeling off and it has only been four days. We just dont think the service was worth 106 dollars for a basic mani pedi not including tip. If you do tip you need to pull out cadh from an ATM (they do have one in the salon).

I've come to Perfect 10 a couple times now and every time the nail techs do an amazing job! I always get some sort of nail design and my nails always turn out just like my inspiration photo :) Definitely come here to do your nails. Nice staff and techs.

I recently visited Perfect 10 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with Yen and Tyler’s warmth and professionalism. The salon is always clean and all the nail technicians are incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My manicure and pedicure were flawless, and the polish always lasts beautifully without any chipping. They also have a corner where they offer complimentary snacks and refreshments, which is a lovely touch. Even though I drive an hour to get there, it is absolutely worth it. The quality of service and the overall experience make the journey worthwhile every time. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Perfect 10. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch nail services. I'll definitely be returning for my next appointment!

My favorite nail spa in the South Bay!! Go find my girl Kathy, she’s the absolute BEST. She kills it every time, always the most beautiful attention to detail. The spa is always clean and the people inviting, I would never go anywhere else!!

As soon as I walk in I was greeted and help. The two ladies the work on my nails were super wonderful and do miracles on my nails, I love ❤️ them. This place is super clean, sanitize and organize.

I always get my nails done at Perfect 10 when I’m in the area, and they always come out amazing. Mai did my nails this time, and she helped pick out the color for me, and did such an amazing job on the shape. Love my nails!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time and I always leave loving my nails! Hana does such an amazing job with designs and her quality of work, and is more than willing to try and retry different designs I’ve brought in. This salon is well worth it!

Not what I expected. Nail tec for pedicure could not get simple design straight. Also my nails was not the shape i showed in pic so I just settled. But she tried so I gave 3 stars for effort.

Always do such a great job and they get you in quick! Plus, As I was walking out I hit my freshly painted toes on my car door and I want back inside and they quickly fixed me back to good. Would absolutely recommend this salon!

I always get my pedicure here they do great work and it lasts. I don’t get gel or anything that weakens my nails anymore but there work is top if that’s what you’re looking for
