Alicia was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. Even the voicemail message was great, letting me know I could book online, which I ended up doing without issue. She still called me back, and when I didn't pick up she sent a text--great customer service before we even got in the door. When cutting my teen's hair, she was professional, polite, friendly, skilled, and thorough. And she was very sure to understand what we wanted and check in frequently to make sure we were staying satisfied. The price was fair and the space was clean. Very happy with all aspects. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much, Alicia. 😊

Absolutely amazing hair all around 10/10. Costumer service was excellent, it was very quick, and my hair looks and feels awesome. It was very convenient being that I live in the north valleys. Would not go to anyone else!

Went here for a much needed haircut. Alicia took her time with me, was very professional, super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Loved my experience here. I definitely recommend this place. Especially if you have curly hair. I most definitely will be going back.

I usually go to Supercuts because they're cheap and do a good enough job. I will never go back. I had the best salon experience I've had in years at Perfect 4U. I went in with a few inspiration pictures, and my stylist explained the pros and cons of each, and together we were able to find a style that worked best for my hair color and face shape, while still being close to the inspiration. She also explained step by step on how to style my new 'do, and recommended products I could use without pressuring me to buy anything, unlike most other salons. I went from shoulder-length hair, to long up top with a fade on the sides, and I've never been happier with a hairstyle. The service was quick, friendly, and personable, and I will definitely be going back for any and all touch-ups, or if I want to change my style again. I can't recommend Perfect 4U enough.

I had a really great experience here! The person who cut and styled my hair was very experienced, gave me valuable insight, and we had a pleasant conversation. She shampooed my hair and gave me the exact style I wanted, which was a huge change from what I had previously. I have never been happier with my hair! Pricing is also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend coming here! (:

YES! I cant say enuf good things about Alicia.My stringy gray hair is back to a great cut n color! She took her time to make sure what i wanted and shes such a great person! Love that she keeps index cards so next time she knows exactly what we did!! It's been a week and still LOVING IT! Extremely happy!

Today I met Alicia and I received a haircut. But it's not just any haircut, it is by far the best haircut I have ever had in my entire life! Alicia actually listened to me and consistently asked throughout the styling if I was satisfied with the progress. I've always came here to get my haircuts and I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner Alecia cuts the hair herself and doesn't hire anyone who doesn't do as good as a job as her. She always make sure to ask what you think and make you feel in control. She makes great conversation and been cutting hair longer than I was born at a fair price too! I would recommend anyone to go here in Reno and support your local business's.
