I absolutely love this place. I was looking for somewhere to get waxed that had glowing reviews but was still affordable, and chatGPT sent me here. It was a long drive from where I'm at, but it was TOTALLY worth it! Justina is a gem; she made me feel comfortable, listened to, and supported during my first waxing experience. Plus, the results were fantastic! The shop is clean, quiet, private, relaxing, and smells great. If you want to support a small local business, spend your money here! You won't regret it.

Justina does such an amazing job with her facials! I was a first-time client last week, and she was so sweet, caring, and thorough, and she had such positive energy! I had another appointment booked for a massage this week that I had to cancel due to being sick, and they were very understanding and kind. I definitely recommend them and will be back for treatments soon!

Had a stroke in nov ,Gari has helped with my spastic muscles through massage and stretching ,i highly recommend ,hes very knowledgeable, ,the hot stones are amazing ,the only downside is i have to drive home after lol Ellen gave me a massage she was very gentle with me as i had asked . she has healing hands . I have Justina do my bi weekly face wax ,her facials leave you feeling so fresh and beautiful, I never knew a facial was so relaxing ,there is nothing better than a face massage .

Absolutely amazing. We got two 2hr long massages with stones & two 30 minute facials. It was less than $500. We had Justina, Ellen, and Gari. Will go back sometime for a Lash lift.

Gari is excellent at what he does! Got a wonderful massage, he found every spot that hurts and was able to offer some relief! Very friendly, funny and made me feel comfortable.

Where do I begin! I was so nervous about coming due to my being overweight, but Gary made me feel at ease immediately! He was amazing! I thought I just had some stress in my shoulders and my family thought it would be a good idea to get a massage for my birthday… well let me just say, I had no idea that I had stress in the places I had it and Gary found every single area that was tight on me and I walked out of there feeling better than I had in 15 years without a doubt! I can’t wait to go back and eventually work my way to meet every therapist in the building lol! Thank you so much I am so grateful! I have 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6!!

Ellen made me feel like new again. She was able to get knots out, I didn’t know I had and at the same time totally relaxing and rejuvenating.. I highly recommend the reflexology and foot scrub combo.. Pure Heaven.. if you need to get knots out or you just need to destress.. I highly recommend Ellen. 🎁❤️

Perfect Balance Day Spa was very clean, warm and inviting, and staff were very friendly. Justina was very professional in completing a thorough consultation to verify my skin type as well as any allergies I have. My service was completed very timely and l was very satisfied with the end results. I would highly recommend this Spa and will be visiting again.

Gari does a great job hurting me and pointing out all my spots i had know idea that it hurt but the other pain was coming from those exact spots. I appreciate the knowledge he has and passion he puts in his job, thanks to him I am not on pain killers anymore. thank you so much
