I have been coming here for facials for around 2 months now and the change in my skin has been phenomenal. I have struggled with acne for over a decade now. I am prone to get both normal breakouts as well as cystic acne around my jawline, cheeks, and forehead. I have tried so many different skin regimens and have been prescribed all manners of medications including tretinoin, spironolactone, and clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide. I have basically tried everything except isotretinoin because of how annoying the process with iPledge and monitoring lab tests are. By the time I found this place, I had cut almost everything out of my skincare except tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide wash, and faded topicals cream for scarring. I told Parveen my acne history and how I was ready to do whatever she told me to to finally fix my skin. I told her which medications worked for me and what I'd like to keep in my routine. She provided advice on other aspects of my diet and skincare regimen along with a facial every 2 weeks for deep cleanse/steaming/exfoliation/extractions/radiofrequency. The change has been like night and day. My skin is still not perfect but I no longer get that cystic acne, my breakouts are fewer in both quantity as well as frequency, my skin looks and feels smoother, and my makeup looks better. In addition, with my skin less prone to acne, I finally feel like my products for scarring can finally work! My skin tone is becoming more even and I no longer feel like I'm just running in circles chasing after my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I will also say that the face, shoulder, and arm massage that comes with her hour long facials are amazing. So relaxing with the perfect amount of pressure and heat. Truly, Parveen provides excellent services tailored to individual needs; she shows a sincere commitment and passion for her trade.

I have gone there 3 times. First 2 times had a good experience but today had a very bad experience. She picked up a call in middle of service and then talked to an associate in middle of doing my eyebrows. Maybe because of distraction she changed the shape of my eyebrows. Realized the eyebrows are not looking even so kept making adjustment. And ultimately led to cutting my skin and bleeding!! When I asked her that my skin is bleeding and she cut my skin she lied saying that there was a pimple. I had to clarify that there was no pimple but she has actually cut my skin and she accepted it. I am so disappointed in the entire experience 😔

I am not usually inclined to leave negative reviews, but I find myself compelled to express my disappointment regarding the lack of flexibility in their customer service. With over a decade of experience in the field of customer service myself, encountering a situation like this is disheartening. Having made an honest mistake with my appointment time, I promptly contacted them to explain the circumstances. Despite my willingness to still proceed with the appointment under a different browtist, they declined to reallocate the amount already charged to my account for the new service. I'm left perplexed by the resistance, especially considering my commitment to visiting on the same day to support their business. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of their actions, as withholding such a small sum from clients appears rather questionable. It reflects poorly on their ethical standards and commitment to their clientele. It's not right to steal money from your clients and reflects very cheap character. I will no longer use Parveen's services at this threading beauty bar.

I go to this place usually with other girl but she was not there yesterday and i had a bad experience. I like my eyebrows thick and had specifically asked the same. But still the girl did it very thin and now I don’t even like the look. She completely changed the shape. It’s bad :(

I have been Parveen's client for the last 3 years and her services are just excellent. Her European Dr. Schwab facial literally got rid of my hormonal acne and has made my skin so clear and glowing. I also get my eyebrows shaped from her and get compliments on it all the time. The price she charges for her services are incomparable. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!

I have been coming here for over a year to get my eyebrows done and Parveen and her team do a great job every time. I always ask for my eyebrows to be cleaned, not shaped, and everyone here does exactly what I ask for. (In my experience that can be hard to find!)

I have been going to Parveen for about 3 years now for facials, threading, and waxing services. I am always satisfied with her services and don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows (threading.) I went somewhere else one time and they messed it up but she fixed it for me. I will continue to go to her and always recommend her to people I know.

I'm so glad I found this place. It is a bit off the freeway and hidden away but Parveen is amazing! She made me feel comfortable during the Brazilian and was very nice to talk to. My waxing was perfect, reasonably priced and I'll be back for more services.

Trupti is so good at the threading she did my eyebrow and my upper lip I didn’t feel any pain it was so good I usually feel pain when I am doing my eyebrow but then she offered me aloe Vera gel if my eyebrows were hurting Thank you so much I love the your salon and your threading

extremely quick! was in and out probably not even 10 minutes and they did an excellent job, brows look great! ladies were very nice as well. all for a great price! will definitely be coming back :)

I have known Parveen for years and have gone to her for threading. I am picky but she does a great job and aims to make sure it’s done to what you like. Even when I moved, I still come back to get my brows done from her. While it’s hard to trust other places, you can count on her! I even recommended her to others and they are also pleased. Highly recommend!

I took appt for leg waxing.They did waxing in a hurry and it was very painful and half of the hair was still there.Will never go back.Threading was good. I was 10 min late for the appt but I said I can wait till they become available but they didn’t listen to it and said customers waiting inline.There were no one waiting there until I left and just giving some excuses.Not at all professional.
