Booked appointment online and came on time and they refused to take me saying they are busy. I said I booked it online they said no and did not allow me to enter

If you want a relaxing spa day, this is the place to go! Love coming here for massages, it's totally worth the 45min drive to the city!! Love how peaceful and quiet it is here-- so much better than the average spa salon!
