Took out a section of hairs near then end of my brow…she left some longer hairs to try and cover up the gap but it’s painfully obvious to me :( eyebrows were so uneven, had to fix at home

Worst experience ever, I had cut on both sides. Don’t go there for any service. They don’t even know how to do threading. Even the thread is too hard. I was able to feel the pain each and every second.

I had a phone and she didn’t even wait till i finish my phone. She started cleaning my eye brows and made them so thin and not even look a like. Then i asked for tint for my brows and once she finished, she asked for a 5 dollars tip and made her story about having a special 50% of the service so i had to pay her 5$ If i can don’t give her any stars i will. Not recommend at allllll!!!!

Went to get henna/ mendhi done and let’s just say it was the worst experience ever, first only having one colour. Doesn’t make sense, the saying she had another one but then didn’t have it. Rushed through the process so it was a mess to put it into the slightest words, Gaslighting me because I think she thought I’ve never had henna done before, so I just let it go. I hope she’s not like this with all of her other services because this one was terrible. First and last

I wish i could give zero stars! The lady couldn’t even say hi or hello or not even a word. While she was on the phone the whole time. It was just rude as hell!! Plus my right and left eyebrows dont even match. Just the worst experience!

I wish I can give no stars at all!!! Horrible management. Horrible staff. Only has one staff in the name of Rozie or rozy however you spell it! and she will be on the phone yelling in your face talking WHILE she’s doing your eyebrows. 🤦🏽‍♀️… in addition she will DEMAND tip even if she does a horrible job. There have times were I have told her there is hair still left on my upper lip and/or eyebrows, and she’ll roll her eyes and say there isn’t, and I would have to go home and do it with a tweezer!!! 😡 in addition, the last time I went she messed up my eyebrows completely, my once beautiful thick eyebrows are now as thin as a paper sheet. Horrible. Just so horrible. She is very disrespectful in general, doesn’t know a single thing about customer service whatsoever. She will be so aggressive so I don’t Recommend this place to ANYONE unless you want the worst experience of your life. I hope this whole place completely gets shut down. They don’t deserve a penny!

Bad service by a lady named Rosie. She came across as exceedingly impudent and insolent. Over plucked the eyebrows and did not bother to clean up the face later and showed despicable attitude.

I am VERY displeased and disappointed in my experience there is a stout Indian lady with harsh makeup called “rosy or rosie” is what she told us and had no experience with any sort of customer service. I had come in asking for my brows to be done and without greeting or confirmation she blatantly told me to sit down and began doing my eyebrows without talking about what I wanted. She had thinned my eyebrows too thin and worked very aggressively. After she was finished, she had left all the hairs on my face with no clean up. She hadn’t asked if I liked my brows either. She was very forceful. After I gotten done I expressed that they were a little too thin for my liking in which she became very defensive after and claimed I had an attitude after simply critiquing her work on MY face! She told me “if you don’t like it, you don’t have to come back” and had completely forgotten about manners and customer service. After removing half of my brow, She blamed it on my eyebrows “ALREADY” being thin but failed to give me other suggestions and continued to make them even smaller? I do NOT recommend her. She is disrespectful to customers even after being cordial.

If I could give a 0 as a review I WOULD FOR THIS PLACE. Worst place ever DO NOT go here that tiny ugly Indian woman has absolutely the worst costumer service she yelled at me and pointed at me with her finger in the most disrespectful way. Worst person I’ve ever come across. I asked for her to clean up and shape it JUST A LITTLE BIT she took HALF MY BROW OFF. Yet she had the audacity to yell and complain. She told me to go to the mall eye brow place LIKE WHO SAYS THAT TO HER OWN COSTUMER. if you want your brows attached to your face do not go this disgusting place. Usually, I love this place and have been going for two years but this past experience was a complete nightmare. Told the lady I just wanted to clean up the edges of my brows and she threaded almost the entire brow off. Going to have to draw on my eyebrows until they grow back. Also did a hack job and they are not even what so ever. I am mortified. Will never be coming back.

If I could give zero star I would. She left a whole on the right side of my eyebrow and the left and right didn’t match. She has never once been nice to me or even said hello. But when I told her they didn’t match and I didn’t like them she got mean and said well you tell me how to fix them. I said I have no clue you’re the professional. I was new to town so kept coming to this place despite her very nasty manners. Rudest lady in customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Dont go here you will be very unhappy.

If I can rate it zero or negative that would be the best. Don’t ever go to this rude and unprofessional lady ever. According to her, tip is mandatory and 15% is minimum you need to pay. I mean she literally force to give tip with rude attitude. I had face waxing with her and told her that I would like to customize the tip as I didn’t have much spare money. She literally said No and was so horrible at that time. She literally have no sense how to talk to customers. I would tell you guys never ever go to this place. She have no value of her customers.

There is nothing like customer service at this place. She finished my eyebrows and upper lips in 3 minutes roughly. And then I was forced to give her tip though I didn’t want to give. Very bad experience. Will never go to this place again.
