I had an amazing experience at Perfect Brows NYC! Devi was absolutely incredible—so kind, sweet, and patient. I got a Brazilian, which was flawless, and because of her gentle approach, I even decided to wax my underarms for the first time! She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, and the results were perfect. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about making the experience smooth and stress-free!

Service was terrible! IM DEVASTATED!!! This lady gave me nothing but attitude the entire time of doing my wax! Then when i addressed her attitude she proceeds to tell me that she knows her job and she didn’t like that I didn’t give her a tip last time I came ( 2 MONTHS AGO)! Very unprofessional!!!

I was really impressed by the way she did my eyebrows. I always like my eyebrows to match and have an arch, and everyone tells me that they can’t guarantee that because my eyebrows are different. She said the same but that she would do her best, and they came out really well! I was really satisfied and happy. The price was great too (just $10)! Place was clean and light. Recommend!

So I’ve been a loyal customer to “Perfect Brows” as a whole. However, this location in particular has given me the best service! My lashes finally stood in place for over 2 weeks! Thank god. I will be coming back for fill ins. Not to mention they are very gentle with their hands so it doesn’t feel like my face is being pressed in. Ladies if you thread your eyebrows or do your lashes, then u know exactly what I’m talking about. 5 stars all the way. Excellent establishment ladies 🙏

Tech stayed on a personal call the whole time I was there, about 35 minutes. You already cant social distance while doing lashes, was very uncomfortable. To add to things my lashes started falling off the next day on one eye only. Eye brows were done okay- wont return to this location..

I go here regularly to get my brows threaded and everyone here is nice, professional, and understands what I mean when I ask them to not shape my brows/to keep my natural shape. Love this place and would highly recommend.

Quick and amazing service. I get my unibrow removed once every 2 weeks and they do an excellent job. It's relatively painless and an overall good experience. Price is reasonable and they even have a reward card where the 10th eyebrow session is free! Would highly recommend!

Quick service. Great job. Good prices. Difficult to find. Ring bell to get into building then go to 2nd floor. Don't worry it's clean and bright in the salon (stairs and interior of the rest of the building are old and dingy though).
