I wish I could give 0 star! I love this place BEFORE! Not anymore! I tried 3 times, but it's not good. I asked for deep tissue massage, and I got a skin rub. I don't think they know what a massage is. It's time for me to look for a new place.

I’ve been going to foot spas weekly for about 25 years now. Yoyo it’s probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her.

If I could would have given them big zero. Been coming here since year and half now place is just getting bad, do not understand the pressure points, hard to communicate. Always want a big tip when the service is good it’s understandable they’d force you even if they didn’t give 100%. There’s Oceanic massage down the street, definitely a lot better than this. Never coming back!!

Taking off 1 star for professionalism and disrespecting my friend who was with me. My massage was good, not great. I tipped 20% cash based on cost of service and quality of massage. My masseuse told me that I didn’t tip enough. That $20 tip is for 1 hr, and I needed to give more. I informed her that is all that I was giving today. She took the money and rolled her eyes. I later found out from friend that my masseuse also approached her to demand more money while she was tipping her masseuse. My friend’s masseuse nastily replied, “What is this?”when taking her money. “You received 90 min massage”.…For 2 employees to approach same person about what they tipped is out of line. Staff should be informed that the act of tipping is a form of gratitude, but not a requirement. They should be also receiving hourly wage from employer. Management should increase cost of massage or pay them difference if employees are not making wage requirements instead harassing or making customer feel bad.

Imagine getting the worst massage of your life, then being yelled at and harassed for a tip. They screamed "all Americans tip" giving me the worst look. I stated that a tip is not required & that they need to charge more $ instead of harassing customers. I regret spending 62$ on this place. Please do not make the same mistake as me of coming here. She followed me out of the store glaring miserably. Do better, this place should be shut down completely

Very clean place. Great price. I got a 90 mins combo massage from Amy in private room & my hubby got 90 mins foot massage from YoYo. They are both excellent. See pics for price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place gave me and my wife the absolutely worst massage we’ve ever had. We first came in and paid for a 60min foot massage. When the massage began it felt like the guy was barely even touching my feet. I communicated that I needed more pressure, however due to the language barrier, I had to speak to the therapist next to me to communicate that to him. After, he understood he just continued on without any change. This was so frustrating that I just wanted to get up and leave. I continued on with the massage that I already paid for and immediately left when it was done. The owner then follows me and my wife outside and basically demanded a tip even after we communicated that we received poor massages. She then tells us not to come back. This place has horrible customer service and incompetent and unskilled people attempting to give services they do not know how to provide. The management/owners are rude and disrespectful and only care about collecting money instead of providing good customer service.

I've been here twice for foot and whole body massage. Their pricing is not the cheapest foot massage in town but I really love this place for several reasons: 1)more quiet 2)skilled masseuses 3) private room is spacious and comfortable 4) people seem very nice and kind. Regarding tips, I always give 50-100% ($15-20 for foot massage and $20-30 for body massage). It's not well known knowledge, but your masseuse only receives a tiny amount of the $30-$60 you pay. A few masseuses turned friends told me it's only like $10/customer (foot massage) so your tip matters. This is how the business can keep costs low and affordable for us. I generally pay $120-$160 (not including tip) at places like Massage Envy which is not better in terms of quality. I hope this sheds some light on why they press for tips. I hope you would add tips in your final cost when considering whether this is a good place to visit. They do great work. I'd highly recommend this place.

Making an appointment was very easy, the facility was clean, and services were conducted in a timely and efficient manner. Tina was amazing!! She gave me a wonderful massage and really focused on the areas I am having issues with, and I feel great. Love that this place is local, I will be a repeat customer.

More rubbing and elbowing than massaging. Also ran back and forth to grab towels like 4 times and wasted more than 5 min doing so.

My brother recommended this place and told me to ask for Tina because I like stronger pressure for massages. I had a great experience with her for the full body massage in the private room! Highly recommend, she was an experienced masseuse and very professional.
