I love this place!! Feel like part of the family!! Get my nails done with monica (for 20 yrs) always get complimented for my nails even by other nail techs!! Get my hair colored, styled and sometimes braided by josclyn!! Which always comes out amazing!! Its a one stop shop!! Service is always great!! I love them all!! Best place to get pampered!!!

This place was so welcoming, such a change from other places. The staff was super friendly and funny! It was a great experience. I finally found a spot where I feel comfortable.

Lola did amazing ! All of them were so friendly. My hair is long and needed a trim. I was nervous they would cut to much but no its a perfect cut. I'm very happy and can't wait to come again! Thank you Lola

Never again the lady super nice but didn’t cut my hair good at all, is been several months and I’m still struggling to let my hair grow even, I just ask for her to cut it even didn’t ask for layers or anything :(

Put hair extensions with Carlota about a month ago and they are already loose and part of it came off. It took about two weeks for the extensions to show and about four weeks to start coming off. I decided to take them off and the way the hair was braided was all over the place, not recommended.

I've been coming to this salon for over a decade. I don't trust anyone else with my hair. Carlota always does a wonderful job! And I swear Monica does the best nails in El Paso for me.

Carlotta is super sweet, however, she needs a new nail tech. Her current one is always late to work and gets her appointments wrong causing double booked situations. Very unprofessional.

Hi there lady's I'm a Latina who has very super curly hair and I love straight hair so I've had extentions for years and its been with carlotta. Hair color wash style and also have had the micro links. I will not go anywhere else never this lady works nonstop and will not let you go until its perfect so take it from me go SHE MOVED TO NEW LOCATION to 4717 Hondo pass if you want you're extentions to look normal this is where you go.
