Gigi was super friendly and knowledgeable! She had a tough job with my hair but she made it look beautiful! She also shaped my unruly brows! Great place to go for all your beauty needs except nails. They are looking for a technician.

Literally the best salon. I see Haley for my foils, creative color, brow waxing and haircuts. She is amazing and has always worked with me on scheduling. I have been going to her for years and can’t say enough great things about her. I also get Botox there and have had my eyelashes done. Both ladies were extremely professional and excellent at their craft. I can’t recommend perfect imperfections enough!

Love coming here for all my hair needs. Haley has been my hairdresser for years and never disappoints !All the employees are so welcoming and professional . The atmosphere is always great. The shop may be busy and bustling but it’s always clean an welcoming . Feels like coming home . Always a pleasurable experience with amazing results . I alway’s look forward to seeing the team! There is always a warm welcome every time I walk through the doors. Kelly always meets my goal’s. I don’t know what I’d do with out her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10. She will meet all your goal’s. She’s very outgoing and easy to work with.

Kelly canceled two appointments in a row. She did not apologize, was rude and did it less than 24 hours before my scheduled time. She is cheap but completely unprofessional. Would rather pay more than go back to her.

I want to send a huge shout out to Gigi for helping me with my hair disaster! She was able to get my hair where I wanted it to be and was so beyond sweet while I was in a panic. Perfect Imperfections took care of me and I will be coming back to see Gigi. She also did an amazing cut on my husband! Thank you so much for taking care of both of us!

Gigi is absolutely amazing she took my hair from looking dead and unhealthy to silky healthy well took care of hair she was very perfessional and was keyed on making sure u were nothing but happy when u leave her chair I recommend anyone who wants to try a new beautician I garentee you'll never try another

Gigi is hands down the best!!!! Her work speaks volumes! My son has ADHD and sensory problems, and she doesn’t hesitate to work with him. Gigi checks in with him in case he needs a break and always ensures he’s comfortable. She can definitely give you the haircut/style that you’re looking for and awesome conversations.

Haley has a way with my ADHD kids. They hate the sound of anything near their ears, but she talks to them as she cuts their hair. She gives them all the time they need to calm down and relax. Mind you I call them kids but they are high school and college age now. Haley does my hair as well and does a beautiful job with my hair as well.

I have been getting Botox from Kelly for almost a year and it is perfect every time. I was new to Botox and she explained everything and told me what spots that needed to be treated. She has also done a lip flip on me and I am equally happy with that. Bonus is, it is by far the least expensive that I have found in Louisville. Haley has been doing my hair for years. She colors my hair once a month and I am happy with the results every time! She has also cut all 3 of my daughter's hair. She has colored my oldest daughters hair and put highlights in my middle daughters hair. She had to rescue me when my youngest tried to cut her own hair! She had her hair looking better than before. I have also had a couple chemical peels from Cher. The spa treatment is awesome. She pampers you and my skin is amazing when I leave. She also helped me get a skin routine that fits my needs. Overall the services I have received and the environment of the salon are top notch!

Kelly has been treating my skin for a few years now and Cher does my brows. Everything is safe and clean. If you want your treatments done correctly the first time, this is where to go. It's not "cheap" but I would definitely say affordable when you compare services at other salons.
