Always happy but unfortunately the lady seemed to have a mood swing, the old lady with the pink rimmed glasses, first she basically told me that my brows were different and done poorly (she was the one that did them a month ago!) and then refused to give me the mirror or help groom them. Left really really unhappy and disappointed

I was a walk in customer and they were so sweet about accommodating me. They were quick and painless when threading / waxing, and were happy to be as chatty or as quiet as each customer wanted to be. The space is clean, open, and light. I’ll be back!

i’m from pittsburgh and this was by far the best eyebrow threading place ever. the lady was so sweet and always asked before taking some off of my eyebrows and she paid so much attention and detail to shaping them. i loved her. and the price was soooo cheap compared to pittsburgh prices. only $8 for threading. insane. my boyfriend tipped her 25% because she deserves it so much.

I went here before a wedding for eyebrow threading and tinting, it went perfect! Then I come back to get my brows tinted again and whatever they are using now just completed screwed up my face. This is 1 day after tints (also, notice there isn’t a spec of tint left!) Very nice women though

Affordable quick and clean space in a convenient area. I wish that my eyebrows were shaped a little better but I know people struggle with my thin ish brows compared to todays trends

I did a random walk in for eyebrow threading and got quick and efficient service. The salon is one flight up via the stairs and I had to be buzzed in which made me feel like it was a secure space. The space is well lit with big windows to Madison Ave on the second floor and it was very clean and so I added to my services and got a wax. Also quick and efficient. Would return again when next I am in midtown.

Been a loyal customer for the last 3 years but unfortunately won’t be returning. One of the recently hired ladies is so aggressive and rude. She does the job like she’s mad at everyone. My eyebrows and upper-lip hurt so bad (didn’t even remove the hair properly.) Last time she did my waxing and ripped me apart. Today wanted to ask her if something is wrong with her but didn’t out of respect. Didn’t even care to get my card stamped the last three times because of her. Hate that you cannot choose who you wanna get the services done from. Will never return!

While I’m sure the other technicians were very nice, the woman I had was not. She did not greet me when I walked in or say goodbye when I left. When I was visibly in a lot of pain during the process and asked her to slow down, she would not. I finally asked her if she was in a rush, and she said she wasn’t. When I left, I saw she didn’t even get half of the hairs on my lip or chin. So, she was excruciatingly painful, too fast, discompassionate, and then not even thorough. Won’t be returning.

Maya did my Eyebrow Threading today ($8 +tip). Quick, clean, professional =) *I will update the review after it grows out to see how even it is* Only thing was that it was busy and she seemed to be the only one in the main salon... I guess it makes sense since it was lunch hour on a Monday, but there were 3 people waiting behind me! Maybe I'll try it on a non-Monday next time.

The service is quick and the staff are friendly. I never had to wait more than 5 mins to get my threading done. For other services like facial would recommend to call in advance.

Very bad customer service. They messed up my eyelashes, they couldn't fix it and I still had to pay for their bad job. I do not recommend it.

Favourite threading place! It's upstairs so you have to hit the buzzer for them to buzz you in but it's really comfy once you get up there. It's really clean, the AC is strong, and the chairs and things are in good condition but MOST importantly - the ladies do a really good job and most of my experiences here are as painless as one can reasonably expect from a threading/waxing place!

My go to for getting my eyebrows threaded! Serina is my preferred but I’ve had a few of the others do my brows too with no issue! Highly recommend!
