Got an acrylic full set for my first time and they did a great job! Super friendly and nice I went because it was close to home. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said yes they could do that for me. Got it done for an upcoming holiday party! Will definitely come back for future needs.

Poor Transparency and Pricing Issues I went to this salon for a manicure, eyebrow waxing, tinting, and eyelash tinting. The manicure (gel nails) took an hour and was $30, which matched their price list. Eyebrow waxing was listed as $16, but I was surprised when I was charged $25 for eyebrow tinting and $30 for eyelash tinting, neither of which were mentioned upfront. Both tinting services took 15 minutes together, and I wasn’t informed about the extra cost beforehand. The final bill was $101, which seemed excessive for what was done. I felt like I was taken advantage of, especially when asked repeatedly if I wanted to add anything. Be sure to clarify all costs in advance.

I had an appointment at 12:30 and was patient with them when they had people. Came in for a pedicure and acrylic set French tip. Went to register and then the total was $120? Confused I asked what the break down was and she said $10 extra for the French tip which granted ok. Based on the prices outside pedicure $30 + $10 = $40 then full set was $55 + $10 = $65 so it would’ve been $105 before any tip. Also she didn’t want to take card claiming the machine didn’t work and told me to go next door to get cash. All in all I believe they took advantage of how I was nice and assumed I wouldn’t say anything but I know $120 was scamming me one way or another. Just an fyi for those around the area. They’re nice but need to be keep the prices the same.

This is a very nice salon that has a steady client base. I have been looking for a new place since my regular spot went out of business during the pandemic and it’s been trial and error. They are very professional and I love that it’s not overcrowded or rushed. They are appointment only and the prices are really good! They did a great job on my nails abs cuticles. I’m really hard on my finger nails and I usually chip them quickly. So far, the polish has held up very well. It’s probably one of the better manicures I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back again.

One of my favorite places in San Francisco. Truly perfect, the staff specializes in perfect clean lines on your nails and personal attention. I've been going here for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed. Careful painless hair removal and gentle attention to facial treatment. I have Rosacea and my face gets red rapidly and they have special ointments to prevent redness and discomfort.

Two workers were on site. I walked in because I knew my wife and sister were there. As their toes were drying, I got my first hand manicure. My fingers never looked so good. First, she removed all hang nails and cuticles. Next, she gently cut them. Finally she buffed them. Cost was $20 + tip.

Lee did a beautiful job on my short nails! Very professional, took her time to ensure quality, and was kind and friendly. At the time of this review, they are short-staffed and don’t always put out the sidewalk sign because they don’t want to have to turn folks away. But they are open! Your best bet is to call for an appointment to ensure availability.

At last I have found a place where the mani-pedi is worth the time and money. Prices here are excellent and so is the service. They are the best I've found in the SF Bay area.

Called in a couple hours before showing up to see if they could take us, and they did - lots of flexibility on their side. Two of us came for mani/pedi and we are VERY satisfied. The ladies were efficient but detailed, our nails turned out lovely, and they haven’t chipped yet (I ALWAYS chip my nails). We are happy customers and we will certainly be back!

Super friendly staff! They do a great job all around. I was offered water when I sat down for my gel manicure and pedicure. I came at opening on Sunday and it was nice to beat the weekend rush. They take their time to clean the excess skin around your nails/toes to ensure a pretty finished product. My biggest pet peeve is when you pay for a service and they rush through it just to get you out. You won’t find this at Perfect Nails! I will definitely be returning. They are very sweet and good at what they do.

Tried to rip me off by charging extra for a ‘nail repair job’. Woman quoted by multiple different prices for a pedi beforehand, seems like she was just making it up. Had gel removed and a pedicure and gel removal definitely wasn’t of good quality as still had gel pieces on before she proceeded with the pedi. I mentioned a loose nail and mentioned putting some sort of silk wrap but they didn’t have anything. Nothing was actually done other than putting on polish but then they tried to charge by an extra 5 dollars...I refused and told them that they had neither advised me of what they had theoretically done, or the cost, and in fact nothing had actually been done. In any case, I will never go back and would advise others to take their money to a more trustworthy place.

My wife and I LOVE this place. The staff are really friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. My wife is super picky about her nails and we love the "perfection" attitude they all have. They do beautiful work. Highly recommend!!!!

My wife's jell nails lasted for only 7 days .With other nail places most of the time it last for weeks. My wife believes that the owner was in the rush and the polish is old or has been using it so many times.

I love this place and will drive 30 mins to get there from Bernal Heights. Whenever I go I always meet the best people and love their extensive gel color collection. They even have color changing gels that are amazing and a hit with all my friends, especially my male friends and kids.

My favorite nail place ever. At first I just went here out of convenience, but then when I tried a bunch more nail places, I realized nothing compared! A normal manicure will last me two weeks here, where other places it's always barely 1 week. And they shape and paint your nails perfectly. I now live in another neighborhood and still go here. 100% would recommend.
