I walked in with no appointment,she had a 10 minute window and gave me a professional and quality hair cut. Highly recommend.

Fantastic haircut for a great price! I think my men’s haircut was $15 at the time of this review. I would call ahead or make an appointment, as her skills and affordability have led to a busy schedule!

worst haircut I never had. made an appointment for today at noon (kept repeating myself "the 11th at noon") and had to call twice bc she only cuts women's hair M-Th so I took time off work, spent two hours on two different busses, and when I finally arrived the salon was closed, tried calling but I guess it's a landline so I left, this place is open at 11 so I had to leave an hour before open to make it on time for my appointment, very disappointed with lack of communication and not able to keep the appointments they make

Been getting my haircut here for 25 years and will keep returning for the next 25! Always very accomodating with my inconsistent schedule. Really appreciate the great, affordable haircuts!

Does mostly mens hair, she always does so great at my husbands hair that after 7 yrs no hair I decided to get my haircut finally and she did an amazing new haircut that I'm so excited about!

I absolutely love this hair salon! I am not a resident of Portland, but come for extended stays with my family, and a visit to Perfect Salon is always a must. The owner-stylist is a master haircutter whom I consider an artist with scissors. I wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Salon 1 for all your hair styling needs.

I went out of my way to schedule this into my vacation. I went here for years until moving out of state a few years ago. Still haven't found anyone who does such a good job. Price for men's haircut is currently $15 but she does such a good job I used to pay her $20 when it was still $7. Please pay her what she's worth and keep this Portland treasure.
