This place was an unexpected delight. The reception area was very nice, and staff was prompt at getting information and getting the appointment moving. I didn’t have to wait long, but did use the restroom before hand which was very clean. I had a full body hot stone massage which was wonderful! The masseuse was amazing and spoke with me before about how I’d like my massage, pressure, focus areas, etc. The massage itself was very nice, honestly probably one of the best I’ve had. She did a really good job with pressure and didn’t half do it as some places will. The facial I had was fantastic. Again, everything was professional and she was great with products and the massage. I will absolutely be back here as the prices were reasonable and the services were fantastic. There was also a ton of parking available which was nice.

I had a great experience with Lisa, the nail technician. She is kind, professional, really knowledgeable, and truly tailors your experience specific to you. Definitely check out Lisa in the nail salon next time you are at Perfect Touch!

The set up is cute and the front desk people are nice. I have it 3 Stars because they asked me over the phone what services I wanted and upon arrival I filled out the form stating what services I needed expected and wanted. Then, the service provider(late, btw) took me to the room. they proceeded to touch on what I stated & I signed up for, but when it came to the massage they didn’t do ANY of it. It was my first time so I wasn’t sure if my add-ons were suppose to be applied at the end of the massage or what. I was left waiting the whole massage wondering, are we going to start with the add-ons now until it was over(on time). I didn’t get the stress areas I expressed I wanted focused on/treated and they were late leaving my massage shorter than what I paid for, but at least they were pleasant. I probably won’t be back.

Having been a customer for 19 years, their service is always consistently excellent. I started getting massages at Perfect Touch in 2005, when they were just off University and Lancaster. I have always been impressed with the quality of the services for the affordable prices (please do not change that). Yes, I did move from Fort Worth to Arlington and went elsewhere for a few years - but I am back as there is no better. My massage today was excellent, paired with a gentleman's manicure/pedicure. If you are looking for great massage or nail service at an affordable price, in a peaceful setting - this is the place by far.

Relaxing atmosphere, all the employees I met were very friendly and helpful. I've tried and enjoyed several spa treatments - a massage, facial, and manicure - but my absolute favorite is the pedicure that Lisa Mahon provides, that is a luxury I can't seem to give up and I'm absolutely hooked. Highly recommend this wonderful experience!

While the masseuse was fantastic—skilled, professional, and provided an exceptional service—the experience was completely soured by the front desk staff. The reception team was rude, disorganized, and were dismissive when I had questions. It felt like they couldn't care less about customer service or making clients feel welcomed. The massage was wonderful, but I left frustrated because of the unprofessionalism at the front desk and lack of communication.

This was our 1st visit to the Perfect Touch Day Spa!!! Our technician was Lisa Mahon. We had an Excellent experience with her services. Today was a Birthday gift to my husband. We shared the excitement of being in Lisa's delightful presence. She has such a Joyous, and pleasant spirit, it seems like we have known her a lifetime. I have been coming here for years off and on, and I have to say that Donna and Meika are some of the best massage therapists we've ever had. My husband and I have physical jobs, and this is our once a month treat. They listen, they work, they are the BEST!!!

First of all- I do not do bad reviews as a rule. However, I’ve had such a bad experience with the perfect touch I feel like I need to let people know to “buyer beware”. The back history is; I had a bad experience here several years ago. I felt it was dirty, dark, and the massage therapist that worked with me was extremely unprofessional and did a poor job. I never wanted to go back. Fast forward to Mother’s Day 202. My sweet husband, not knowing how I felt about this place, spent $170 on a gift card for a future date of service. I quickly called them and explained I didn’t wish to return and would like a refund. They flat refuse to refund us for services we haven’t used and will not used. Obviously, it’s very upsetting to me! Im flabbergasted at how unprofessional and lacking of customer service this place is! I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Woodshed is much better!

Went in for a couples massage and the massage table I was on was creaky and noisy. I mentioned it to the massage therapist who said it was like that with everyone. Not a good answer. It was so noisy that I could not relax and hear the music. Neither could my husband. I contemplated on stopping the massage but since this was a gift for my husband I went on. At the end they told me that the issue with the table had been noted. This place needs to replace their massage tables. The massages were great for both myself and my husband. If it were not for the table this could have been a better experience for us.

Wow is what comes to mind when I think what to say. I have been to quite a few message places however this one is the top ten for me, very nice and relaxing. This place has some of the most nicest people and it’s very clean and a real relaxing feel to it. It’s a must try. Amelia was who I seen and she was really good as well, I will be back soon. Thanks every here for making this such a great experience

Only complaints are they don't have a separate locker/room for you to keep your items and you are not given a spa robe but the staff was very kind, and the massages were great.

Walked in a quickly got a reflexology foot massage. Osheva was very professional and did an excellent job. I dosed off 3 times it was so relaxing. Everyone was very nice.

Great scheduling, got us in quickly and amazing crew of tallented massage therapists. Super calming atmosphere inside of the facility, they accommodated my request for no smell or aromatherapy (intense smells give me headaches) My most favorite part is the separate waiting areas, I'm not social so the private seating sections are so so helpful.

I was in town for vacation and came for a prenatal massage (between 29 and 30 weeks pregnant). Dulce took care of me and it was wonderful! I felt like the price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.

Took my mom for her birthday for a massage and facial. We booked an afternoon appt and worst mistake ever. The massage therapist seemed to be in a hurry and not the best of mood. They rushed us into the room and rushed through our massage. The woman that did my facial didn't even do a facial. She washed my face twice and proceeded to give my arms a massage. I've had a facial done here before, and it was nothing like the one I got this time around. I'm sad my mom didn't get the experience I received the first time I came to this place. I was highly disappointed. DO NOT BOOK AN AFTERNOON MASSAGE

Went in for a full body along with my 18 year old son. Got Nikki for an hour of therapy. Lord she has magic hands! I felt like she took a good assessment of problem issues throughout and went to work...I was literally in tears of joy when she got thru. Highly, highly recommend perfect touch and Nikki particularly.
