First timer here and I have to say it was wonderful. Monica was kind and sweet. Never felt any judgment or gave me the impression of disapproval for not being on top of my skin care routine. As a mother I've become more concerned of taking care of everyone else and left myself on last on the list of priorities. Doing this for myself felt great and I plan to return hopefully in the future.

Got a hydrafacial & microdermabrasion with Monica and my skin has never looked or felt better!!! It was so crazy to see how much gunk was really on my skin and now it’s like a baby’s bottom!! Service was also amazing! Monica made sure I felt at home and answered any questions I had. I can’t wait to come back again 😍

Clean facility and everyone is nice but if you’re getting the shots, paying the consultation fee isn’t worth it for what you get. You can get the same results calling and asking your questions. The consult is essentially in the lobby off to the side. No pt privacy. I also had to remind about the pamphlets that she needed to give me. LAST, they were running out of meds. I paid for 2 months but I only got 3 shots to take home vs 4. Told me to come back in a few weeks to get the last one. I don’t like that.

Great! Experience, Monica was very attentive and made very comfortable the whole stay. I got a Groupon voucher and I am glad I did, will be coming back. Kudos to perfect touch med spa!

I always enjoy the services they provide. Monica is wonderful and knowledgeable. This last time I tried a lumecca treatment with her and the results after just one use were so impressive! Many of my freckles and sunspots have lightened and diminished. I can’t wait to do another treatment to further see results. Forma for me was also a great pick-me up for my face. I did a series. Treat yourself n check this place out. You’ll be back! .

Love the customer service . Definitely will be returning. Ursela was employee that attended to my services. Explained to me everything about services being provided. I have noticed big difference with my results after treatments. For people without medical insurance and definitely want to get their health back on track with the weight loss they have awesome affordable prices. This is what I like the most that it’s affordable as well with Groupon app. I will post pictures before and after when done with my services. Give them a try.

Monica has been great to work with on my IPL treatments. She’s thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m working on reducing redness from mild rosacea and chlorine reaction from swimming. That along with age spots and it appears as though both are improving. I think it’s something you kind of have to continue to do bc new age spots pop up over time so I’ll probably do a few each year and hope that over time the progress continues.

I did a set of 3 IPL facial treatment. The first two experiences were great my skin was glowing after and she was checking in through the process. The third one it was like she was in a rush. She didn't check in, no test pass or asking how bad it was hurting like the other times. She'd turned it up to one of the higher settings. When I was leaving she told me the swelling this time should go down within a couple hours. It lasted for FOUR days. I had to get steroids to treat the swelling. Ended up going on a vacation looking like I was stung by a bee, was very upsetting. Picture of my swollen face vs regular face for reference.

I had my first IPL treatment today, and Monica was amazing. She answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and she went above and beyond to provide me with the best treatment experience possible. She listened closely to my concerns and offered recommendations that fit my needs and budget. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Monica, and I look forward to coming back :)

Monica was my aesthetician for my Forma Facial post ULT. She was exceptionally professional and skilled. She was also knowledgeable in explaining the details of RF and, because of this, provided a calming presence during the procedure. I highly recommend Perfect Touch. The atmosphere here is amazing. I've never felt so refreshed at any medspa. Monica and the rest of the crew are great listeners, very respectful, and superb at the services they provide. I came here because of a groupon, but I will definitely keep coming here for all my beauty needs. One bit of advice is to get off one exit early because it's tricky to get into the parking lot when you exit the highway the way gps does it.

Excellent customer service. I showed up not feeling well and Alyssa was able to cure my hangover with an IV therapy specifically for my issue. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable during the therapy...I also had a hydration facial from Monica. The facial treatment was so relaxing and she made sure I was comfortable through out the process. Monica is very knowledgeable with all the products and I was able to acquire some products she recommended for my needs.

I did not have an appointment and walked in and the staff did a wonderful job and were able to schedule my facial on the same day. Ask for Monica she is awesome!

Highly recommend this place! I've now tried a body wrap and facial and have loved them both. The spa is very relaxing and clean. Monica and Ursula are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. They really take their time to explain your treatment and answer questions. A+ customer service and experience, I'll never go to another spa!

I booked a signature facial with Monica. This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location is perfect. When I first walked in was greeted and Monica was right there welcoming me. The signature facial was just what I needed. Monica was very knowledgeable. Let me just say I’ve had a LOT of IPLs (among many other treatments) and I’ve even thought I had found the best, but I had not. This was the absolute BEST treatment I’ve ever gotten. The fact that Monica does a full microdermabrasion before the IPL, gives the most awesome results. I also know the quality of machine used makes a difference too, and they use top quality equipment. I am smooth and glowing the next day, and still will have more results! Monica also took the time to talk to me about my skin concerns and gave me all kinds of advice and product recommendations, procedures without pushing needless things to sell me…this is service you can’t beat and I will be back for sure! - Sara Z

This place is wonderful. Ninfa and the staff is more than helpful in consulting with you and personalizing your treatment based on what you want. I saw immediate results with my Ultherapy treatment and results will get better over 6mos. They have so many offerings. Be sure to call before ordering Groupon to see if they will match. According to Ninfa, the savings from paying Groupon will go to you instead.

Ninfa is an amazingly skilled skin artist! I had received IPL treatments by friends and didn’t know what to expect. Ninfa and staff are all so very polite, sweet and skilled. I have always wanted to not rely upon foundation to look presentable. Skin discoloration and redness along with minor wrinkling were just something I thought I had to live with. However, Ninfa removed the issues quickly and professionally. I don’t need foundation any longer to feel put together. If you have ever wanted to do something for yourself, just to feel more secure or simply to feel gorgeous, I suggest making your appointment. If we don’t feel good while doing good for others then how beneficial is our time here? It feels great to allow my newer confidence from better skin to positively effect others.
