I wanted a shorter haircut, but the owner and hairstylist was recklessly shaving my head while chatting with her next client, barely paying attention to what she was doing. The atmosphere was awful. Despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour—completely unacceptable. I should have walked out right then because the owner was making fun of her client once he left…because her client couldn't remember his own nephew's name the owner felt it was important to let the entire salon know how much of a joke he was as an uncle. Drama! The salon is cramped, with clients sitting right next to the stylist and her customers while waiting. The irony? She was telling her previous client how important it is to build relationships by learning customers' names—but she never even asked for mine. My cut was far from perfect! She shaved the back of my head without paying attention, more focused on her conversation than my hair. I’m kicking myself for not going to the barber at Perfectly Cut instead; he probably would’ve done a better job than the actual hairstylist—who, ironically, owns the place. This is not how you treat customers if you want to build clientele. And since you never asked, my name is Tara. Oh, and by the way—I’m a Google Guide, which means I help spread awareness to communities internationally! This is *not* the place to get your hair cut! The energy is gross and the owner is not a exemplary individual.

I want to leave a review for Perfectly Cut. I went there expecting to see the barber, but instead, I was assigned to a lady. Unfortunately, the service she provided was not great. I don’t understand why she’s doing men’s haircuts; it feels like her expertise is better suited for women’s styles. I was disappointed and wish I had gotten the barber instead. I don’t plan to return, but if I ever do, I’ll make sure to book directly with the barber.

New Note; 1-5-25: Love, Love, Love my perm. Words cannot express my gratitude for Robin. I got a medium tight perm 2 months ago and a recent trim. Each time I get a perm seems to be better than the one before. Thank you Robin! I’m always complimenting Robin about my hair cuts and perms! She does exactly what I want. I highly recommend her to family and in turn they have recommended her as well! She truly cares about her clients and puts their wants and needs first.

Today was my first time coming to this salon. Robin is amazing! She’s friendly, professional, knows exactly what she’s doing and takes her time. She listened to my concerns and gave me the exact cut and style I wanted. Robin has very affordable prices, less than the walk in joints, and she’s a great conversationalist to boot! Adel does such a great job with both of my boys, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The salon is clean and always has stocked snacks and drinks- which my kids love! Robin is the sweetest and always has a smiling face to greet you when you walk in! Highly recommend coming here if your looking a for a fresh cut!

I’ve been going to Adel for years now he does an excellent job. He is the best barber in town and reasonably priced! I’d recommend anyone who cares about their appearance to go and see him. All my kids go to him to get their haircut as well. Does a great clean shave for the VIP treatment!

Went to see Adel for my 8th weekly haircut in a row…. The haircut is always perfect, Adel guarantees the cut, and even offers me advice on the style. His craft is amazing but what really makes the cut is the conversation during. My weekly haircut by Adel is the best part of my week and I will returning to him til he hangs up his clippers.

Perfectly cut is an amazing salon! Robin is a skilled stylist who gave me the best layered haircut I have ever received. The salon is beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting . What I really liked is that Robin really takes time to listen and discuss what the customer wants and then she carefully crafts the cut exactly as desired. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Robin is wonderful and is very professional. My wife used to go to a known franchise chain and it was always a gamble who would cut your hair and how it turned out since they always change their staff. I love this place. The lead stylist is so fun and she’s great with customers. About 8 months ago I started coming to the salon to get a new look. I was tired for the 20 min Great Clips special, which left my hair shorter and worse for wear. Now that I’ve been coming to Perfectly Cut, I’ve been given more attention and my hair looks the way I’d like it to. The lead stylist will listen to your requests and talk to you about how it could look and what she’ll do to get it that way. When I first got my hair cut, she told me it would take a few different visits to get the right length in the right parts of my hair for the look I wanted. I was pretty impressed, and she was right. The salon is nice, clean, and full of sunlight. The parking lot has plenty of parking and it’s easy to access. I recommend calling for an appointment first, and she is busy, although, she will take walk ins. If you are looking to switch where you get your hair cut, try out Perfectly Cut!

Robin is a fantastic stylist. I wanted to get my gray hairs taken care and she knew exactly what to do for me since I didn’t know what I was asking for. I loved the final result! I highly recommend Robin if you are looking for a friendly new stylist. It’s a very comfortable salon atmosphere too. They have snacks for clients.

Robin is the best. I have been going to her for about 2 years. She has helped to transition from color to a beautiful ombre highlighted hair. I specifically went to her to help me to not only transition the color but also to let my natural grey hairs come out. You can't even tell I have grey. But they are throughout my whole hair. She is such a hard worker. Yes Robin gets pretty busy but she is more then accommodating. I read a review on here the other day that I was really appalled by. This woman wrongfully accused Robin of things that are simply not true. It hurts me because people can be so hurtful in the thing that they say. First and foremost her prices are more then reasonable and she never adds her own tips! Second She is more then accommodating. To see you the very next day. Pretty accommodating I would say. Third she see all nationalities, religions, genders ect ect....🙄 so to accuse her of hate is completely absorbed and not justified whatsoever🧐 I have witnessed her treat all of her clients with respect and I stand with her. Yes she gets busy. But that in enough should say who she is. She has regulars and we keep coming to her for a reason. Robin keep doing you. You are such a gem. Robyn is the best!!! She has been the most accommodating stylist I've ever had. She also keeps track of previous services in detail so I never have to worry about mistakes. Her prices are also more than reasonable. My whole family sees Robyn including my 2 teenage and young adult daughters!

Super racist worst hairstylist ever. I wish there was an option of Zero star. Hairstylist is a horrible, horrible person. I went there for shampoo and blow dry. I went in the previous day to ask for appointments. I have also told that my hair is long. She asked me is it so I have opened my hair and have shown her she saw it and said it’s long hair I’ll charge $40 for it. I said ok I booked the appointment and I went in the next day right on time. She had some other customer at that time And she was 35 minutes late to my appointment. She was not even sorry about it. And then she got another customer after me and she started rushing my blow dry. She literally shampooed my hair for bare two minutes. And while blow dry she took big big chunks of hair and just dried it way worse than how we do at home. She said to me, you said your hair is thin Which I never did. She was telling the Other customer “ I’m sorry, she said her hair is Thin” I said “I have shown you my hair” She says “ I didn’t feel it so I don’t know”. I don’t understand how she is a hairstylist. She cannot see the hair and say if it is thick or thin.. Even kindergarten kids can do that. She wrapped the whole thing and made my hair look like a broomstick. The Hairstylist was super racist And a horrible person. I paid the bill by card and she added tip by herself. The kind of service she gave deserves Nothing but cancellation. Also, the place is extremely unhygienic, I don’t even want to speak about the washroom. She called me into a place where she did a haircut and there was hair all over the place. I gave her a look and then she said OK I’ll clean up. The shampoo spots are right besides men’s haircut Where there is hair all over the place. Horrible, horrible place never ever go there.
