Gina R. was amazing on my hair. I came in with something in mind but not sure, she helped me along the way. 10 inches later and color I was very pleased. I don't cut my hair but every 5 years, so this cut was very special. I was officiating my daughter's wedding and had a speaking engagement. I didn't tell her this as I didn't want to put any pressure on her. I have very thick curly hair, silver runs thru all of it. I asked for her to help keep my silver in the color and she didn't disappoint with the color. I've even worn this new do straight. All in all everyone around me was very shocked and pleased as I was. Thank you so much Gina R. You are amazing 😍

I tried Daisie for the first time and not pleased . I was told that I look like I'm trying to grow a mullet. I need a touch up and she's not responding to me . For 180 bucks expect better. Never again

I don’t come here for hair, but I do for nails! Great nail techs who take the time to do your nails right and much cheaper than what I used to pay at an overpriced salon on Telegraph.

Bought a hair cut, blow-dry, and style on Groupon the day I found out when my son and daughter-in-law were having their marriage celebration. Except for the too-light use of hairspray, Sue was kind, helpful, and actually brightened my heart. I had just lost my husband 154 days prior to this event and had me look at missing the original elopement in a new way. TY, Sue. We had a fantastic time!

GOT SCAMMED. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! MY HAIR IS DAMAGED. my mother went to her hair appt for keratin treatment to straighten it out. they put product in her hair, sent her home with it and told her to wash it the next day. she washed it & it came out more frizzy than ever. she texted them with pictures of the after and they said they couldn’t help her — that it was a problem with the product. My mother paid more than $300. She even contacted the manager and they said they couldn’t help her unless she paid a few hundreds to get it redone and hung up the phone in her face. this place is a scam. we never got a refund & we never got it fixed. $300+ for my mother’s hair to be damaged. the person who did her hair was daisy.

I first started coming to this salon 2 1/2 years ago. My mom was sick with Stomach Cancer and she was losing her hair from the radiation. She wanted to go somewhere to have her hair styled. I called around and when I called Preformance, Sue answered and said she could get us right in. She did an amazing job. Sue listens and is very accommodating to your needs. I highly recommend this salon and ask for Sue, you won't be disappointed. 😀

I took both my daughters to Sue and she was incredible! I could not be more pleased with how she communicated with my girls and me through every step and listened to what they wanted and gave them exactly that and more! They were looking fierce and feeling it when they left. I would recommend Sue to anyone! Thank you, Sue!!

Laurie is amazing! My highlights and haircut turned out great and I will be back. I have gotten a lot of compliments already. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly and everyone is very knowledgeable. Laurie walks you through everything and is so fun to talk to!

I scheduled an appt on line with Kelli. I arrived 15 minutes early, and when I walked in, no one acknowleged that I came in or asked who I was there to see. the person waiting on her grandson son Kelli squeezed her grandson in, and wouldn't be long. Then I noticed she put someone else in the chair. I said excuse me, I have been here for a 1/2 hour. Kelli looked at me and said who are you here to see and I said her. She said no I don't have an appt with you, I said I have a confirmation. She looked in the computer and said no, nothing there. I had my confirmation paper, but she didn't care, then allowed the customer in the chair to start laughing at me. she then said if I wanted to wait till 12:00 she could squeeze me in. first of all when you walk into a place of business, you should be greeted, strike 1, then when someone tells you that they have the confirmation notice and they don't care strike 2, then saying they will squeeze me in in 2 hours, strike 3, I had an appt, shouldn't be sqeezed in. I have been going here since 1999. They have lost my business for good. I went to great clips and received what I wanted and needed and for a much better price.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Especially the stylist named Sue . She way over charges and plus she doesn't know what she is doing most of the time. She had messed my hair up so bad that when I went to seasons salon next to them the next day to see if they could fix the damage she had done , they truly felt sorry for me cause they couldn't believe the job she had done they were surprised that she would even have a license. She sold me a sutra ionic heat brush and charged me $255 dollars. I couldn't believe they were that expensive so I went home and looked up the same model they sell online for only $40. The whole place is very unprofessional cause when I went to return it the very next day she started hollering and screaming and cussing me and my elderly mother out , but that wasn't all, the other 2 girls working also at the salon was saying ignorant rude things as well in the back ground,one was yelling we can charge whatever we ok Ike to and saying that they make there own rules , I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were all being so I asked for the manager that's when another woman working there as well says we are independent there for thsy have no manager or anyone higher to talk to , they kept saying over and over so finally I asked if they could give me the owner of stores number and they refused to ,,, by saying that the owner of the building was on vacation and not gona be back till the end of June!!!!!! I was appalled at what and how me and my mother was treated, I literally was in shock so I finally called an officer and that's whe the officer informed me that I should take Sue the salonist to court and make sure that I take pictures of my hair and all damage and let them no about them over charging people on products, hair tools , and makeup. One day the price of something would be say $20 dollars but then the very next day they would raise it to a $100 even $250 like they did me and then i have heard that this isn't the first time something like this happened there. The salon right next to them said that their always hearing horrific story's of things they have done to other clients . If u ask me I don't even think that half of them have a license to be a beautician, that's why there all unprofessional and don't know what there doing.

This is the job of Performance Salon & Spa!! They completely messed my nieces hair up & gave them a hard time about even fixing it. They didn’t want to fix it, then they had someone else fix it who also messed it up, and still began to tell my sister in law there was nothing wrong with it and it was beautiful, had my niece upset & crying and even the manager told her that they did a good job and she had to pay for it! And the manager wasn’t even there, this was just by phone!! I would 100% never recommend going there! Anyone in their right mind can clearly tell this doesn’t look good. Especially a hair stylist would know that this isn’t right ! They should have never been made to pay for this service .
