My husband and I loved our time at Perspire Sauna Studio. The staff was friendly and introduced the sauna, how it worked, and explained the benefits. We were able to share our own studio space with TV and music and quality time together while we sweated out all our stress and relaxed together. Walked out of Perspire feeling great and couldn’t wait to return for another session!

My first visit this morning was amazing all around! Lilli was a gem showing me the ropes, and the sauna experience was everything I hoped it’d be. The perfect detox after an active weekend. Can’t wait for my next session! (Booked via ClassPass)

I went in for the first time after stopping smoking as much and felt a big wave of tiredness after my session. I slept 4 hours mid morning after my session and then that night knocked out for another 12 hours. I researched why I could be so tired and clearly my body was detoxing. excited to see how this continues to work on me.

I chose to try this out while I was sick and suffering from a respiratory illness. I didn’t want to use a traditional sauna but wanted something to help me beat the sickness quicker; after 2 sessions it did just that! On the second session I used the halo therapy; I highly recommend if you have any respiratory symptoms such as allergies, asthma, a cold etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! My experience there is always so relaxing and I appreciate how efficient they run their business. The access to Netflix, YouTube or Hulu during my session was a great surprise topped with an extremely soothing cold eucalyptus towel. Cannot recommend this studio enough.

I have been delighted by the saunas at Perspire. They make it convenient and easy to take care of my health with all the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy. And they are friendly and efficient!

Perspire is a fabulous sauna experience. The salon is beautiful and the staff is super professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. The use and benefits of their services were very easy to understand! I signed up immediately for membership after my first visit! The cost is super affordable to fit anyone's budget and membership perks are fabulous! Looking forward to my next scheduled visit!

The staff have been professional, helpful and courteous. I like that after just two sessions I received a follow up which allows me to update my personal preferences for the tv, lighting and temperature of my future sessions. Today is my third session and I’m excited to get my sweat on!

This was my first infrared sauna experience and it was wonderful. The people who work there are fabulous and so accomodating. They were very informative and concerned about any issues I needed. I felt right at home and felt like my skin was clearer when I came out. It was a very relaxing experience. If you have a chance go. The prices also are very reasonable.

10/10 recommended ! I randomly passed by here for more info and I was greeted with the most wonderful smiles and the young ladies were full of knowledge and excitement to share what perspire is about! Shoutout to liv who took care of me the day of my appointment! She was the sweetest soul. She was super detailed, welcoming, knowledgeable, and inviting! She explained everything this place has to offer from the memberships, to the perks and even shared her tips and tricks on how she enjoys her sessions! I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience so much that I walked out with a monthly membership. Thank you liv for your passionate attitude and for going above and beyond with my experience. You are a gem and perspire is lucky to have someone so dedicated to sharing about the company the way you have! It’s because of you that I signed up for more sessions because your excitement was super infectious! Thank you again and can’t wait to come back! I have been wanting to find something I would enjoy relaxing and making myself feel better. This is now my haven to live better. Everything from the minute I walked in to the time I walked out with a feeling of relaxation was beyond my expectations. I purchased a bundle and I look forward to my visits. I would recommend perspire sauna.. my experience was amazing the sauna was clean staff was friendly and very professional. Best part was I slept like a baby after using the sauna. Definitely give it a try

What an amazing experience! When we arrived, Jordan welcomed us in. She had our rooms prepared and she guided us through what to expect for our first session and showed us how to use the sauna. The red light therapy was so helpful. I noticed a difference in back pain that very night! My husband and I will definitely return for future sessions. If you are skeptical or on the fence about trying it, just give it a try...for your well-being and self-care. ❤️

Love Perspire! The facilities have red light therapy in the saunas which have helped with reducing pain. The staff are very hospitable, friendly, always welcome you with a smile and the facilities are very clean. Highly recommend!!!!
