I love this place. Just be careful with the memberships. If you need to cancel for any reason you lose any sessions that you've already paid for. If you need to pause your membership you cannot use your sessions that you have until you start up again. Update: Still love this place. Even more so because they communicate so well and we solved an issue quickly.

Ayana was so kind and informative. We travelled from Canada and found this hidden gem on our last night. Ayana was inviting and gracious. She explained the benefits that were specific for my needs. After a 40 minute treatment I found enormous difference with a chronic condition I have. Had an excellent restful sleep without pain. Wish we lived closer! Thank you Ayana!

I recommend Perspire for infrared therapy. Clean facility, friendly staff, towels provided, water for purchase or refill. Quiet, relaxing, different therapies of lighting. You are able to shower afterwards. Tv available in sauna. Overall I felt very comfortable.

My wife Van has been going there for years. This is my well-deserved treat for her. The staff is amazing. Carla’s professional; super and very special. Love the treatment rooms. I’m an avid athlete. Perspire is the best ever. It’s exactly what is needed to heal our mind body and soul. Invest in your health by getting a membership there It is life changing. . The girls at the Downers Grove location are absolutely incredible. I love them all. They treat me like family. it’s so clean as well. I go everyday. and never felt better. Great place! It’s nice to be able to use a sauna without a gym or spa fee attached to it, I already have a gym I go to but no spa so this is a nice option. or have to purchase your own sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Love this place and already recommended it to others!

I love perspire! It was my most used membership this month. 2x a week was amazing. The women who run this studio are first class and make the experience really lovely. I love a hot sauna (171 max here) and they were sure to always heat my room up before I arrived and I always felt the space was very clean. The studio offers a shower; which is a nice feature if you need to go somewhere other than home after your session.

My husband and i enjoyed a 40-minute trial session of Perspire's infrared sauna thanks to yelpphoenix. Maureen, the owner, was very welcoming and gave us a tour and great explanation of benefits. We had our own private room with area to change and leave personal belongings. Then we stepped into the sauna that was already set to a typical setting of 130° and the light bar set to a relaxing violet hue that I had picked when scheduling my appointment online. After a while, we increased our sauna temp by 5 degrees, and that's when the sweat came pouring down! When complete, you get to enjoy a cool damp facial towel infused with eucalyptus. We left Perspire feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Great experience here with a very nice staff. 160 degrees is hot! But it felt good. The saunas are well maintained and clean. Having the choice what you want to watch on TV is a nice touch. I would come back for sure. I felt great the next day, and I am sure the more you do the better results you would see.

Such an awesome and unique experience! I do go in a saunas but this one was way different and modern. Usually I sweat a lot but apparently this one helps from the inside then the external, which is cool. You get to change the different colors and they help with different things. We did yellow, blue and green. I was suprised I was able to stay in 130 degrees. They have 10 rooms. There’s 2 bathrooms, 1 gas a shower in it. Love that they have a tv inside the rooms so you can watch Netflix or Hulu.

we LOVE this place - Maureen and Karla are so amazing and welcoming. the place is spotless, the TVs to watch a show while you are getting that amazing heat therapy are second to none!! it's just the best place!
